バックチェックという名称でリファレンスチェックサービスを提供されているIT企業があります。有名な俳優さんを起用して結構大々的に宣伝していた時期もあったようです。CM以外にもプロモーションは盛んに実施されているようで、私の友人からの評判も入ってくるようになりました。
ところで、企業サービスが扱うバックグラウンドチェックは採用調査であり、バックチェックとは別物。最近ゴッチャにされることあるんです（笑）

弊社もリファレンスチェックを提供していますが、調査員が直接推薦者と話し回答を得ています。それに対し、バックチェックはWeb完結のシステムで半自動化のようです。たぶん、ブラウザで返答欄ページを開き答えていくんでしょうね。

優秀な人材を迎えるため採用プロセスに何らかのフィルターを追加することは大切ですので、こういったリファレンスチェックもいいかもしれませんが、４０年採用調査に特化してきた弊社としてはそれだけでは物足らなすぎるという印象が強いです。

バックチェックの料金は定額制＋従量課金なんでしょうか。質問内容はシンプルなものが好まれると思います。仕組みは結構簡単です。

There is an IT company that provides reference checking services under the name of Back Check. There was a time when it was advertised quite extensively with famous actors.
The background checks that KIGYOU SERVICEs handle are recruitment checks and are different from back checks. I’ve been getting gobbled up recently (laughs).

We also offer reference checking, but the researcher speaks directly with the references to get their answers. In contrast, the backcheck seems to be automated. Maybe they open the response section page in the browser and answer the questions.

It’s important to add some sort of filter to the hiring process in order to attract the best talent, so this kind of reference checking might be a good idea, but we feel that it’s not enough for us, as we’ve been specializing in hiring surveys for 40 years.
