Marketing is the job of the CEO”

Marketing is the job of the CEO”
My first real exposure to marketing was in 2006. Through trial and error and self-study, I have been studying marketing by observing everything around me and everything that abounds in the city. No, it’s not like studying. I guess you could call it a lifestyle (laughs).

Why is this product advertised in this way?
Is this store profitable? Wouldn’t it be easier to increase repeat business if I changed it like this?
What is the back-end product of this service?
Where are the cash points for this cloud service?
How can restaurants that have to rely on Gurunavi and Shokuroku maintain the quality of their services and increase their profitability?
Perhaps because of these habits, I only engage with “thinkers” anymore.

I strongly believe that marketing training should not be stopped.

There are more and more marketing companies, but KIGYOU SERVICEs are completely in-house. I am at the helm. And both sales and administrative staff are trained in marketing thinking.
The marketer’s brain doesn’t show up on our B/S, but we record it as an unrealized asset (laughs).

We are working on marketing with the hope that new customers will use our KIGYOU SERVICEs recruitment surveys to help reduce costs and increase sales.

There is a growing awareness of marketing at Corona. Inside sales is also in the spotlight, but without marketing thinking on the part of each staff member, it will be difficult to move forward.

Marketing is the job of the president.

This is a saying of Mr. Ogawa, the president of Direct Publishing Co. Mr. Kozo Takaoka, former president of Nestle Japan, also affirms this.

And I also believe this.

It is the job of the president to make marketing a part of the corporate culture.
It’s clear that if you just make quick decisions and get things done quickly, bottlenecks will occur. I am convinced that a company where every staff member is a marketer is strong.

Marketing thinking is the earliest common language.

Regardless of the company’s size, industry, or type of business, marketing is the president’s job.
It’s exciting!
