目標59回

3連休の最終日。久しぶりに二重跳びをしました。
暑いの嫌、寒いの嫌ということで(笑)、久しぶりになったわけですが、跳んだ後は気分爽快。
58歳、年齢+1回が目標です。
今日は37回(^_^;)
このフォームとリズムではここまでです。改善とトレーニングを重ねて、夏まで(6月中)に目標の連続59回を達成させます。
今日もいい日になりました^_^

Goal: 59 reps
It’s the last day of the three-day weekend. I did double jumps for the first time in a while.
I hate the heat and I hate the cold (lol), which is why it’s been so long, but I felt great after jumping.
I’m 58 years old, so my goal is my age plus one jump.
Today I managed 37 jumps (^_^;)
With this form and rhythm, this is as far as I can go. I’ll keep working on improving my technique and training so I can reach my goal of 59 consecutive jumps by summer (by the end of June).
It turned out to be another great day ^_^
