早一月も半ば。今年は５日からのスタートであったが、挨拶回りと会議（東京）ばかりで社内の仕事は何一つせず今日に至る。
過ぎ去った日の早さに自分ながら驚く、ところが１分間が非常に長く感じる事もある。ボクシングの３分などは永遠と思えるほどである
（５０の手習いで２年間程ボクシングジムに通った事がある）。「時は金なり」とは言い古された言葉であるが、今更ながらに思い知らされる。
時間を如何に使うかが、凡人とそうでない人との分かれ道かも知れない。そこで、今年は「そうでない人」に一歩でも近づくために、
時間の有効活用に大いに努めることとしよう。そういえば昔先輩に云われたことがある。「金は借りたら返せば良い。ところが時間は返せない。
だから約束の時間はキッチリ守れ」と。今年は、１分遅れの松ちゃんを返上し、１分前の松ちゃんに衣替えしよう・・・。

新年早々の目出たい挨拶回りをしなが、ついついボヤキに近い言葉が飛び出す。「昨年はどうでしたか・・、今年はどんな感じですか・・」
。お決まりの挨拶代わりの質問に、つい正面から答えてしまう。「個人情報保護法てアレなんですか・・？。
自己チュウ保護法とか詐欺師保護法に改称したほうが良いのでは・・」などと。ただ、これは解釈の問題であって、
決して法そのものがおかしいのではない。急激なコンピューター社会の発達の中にあって、必然的に作られた法であり、
個人情報の保護は避けて通ることの出来ない問題である。ところが、個人情報は全てプライバシーと解釈し、
プライバシーには自己コントロール権があり、全ての個人情報には本人同意が必要などと解釈され、
共同社会の一員であることなどはどこかに飛んでしっまたかの如き個人主義の台頭に拍車をかけているようである。

今ひとつは、戸籍・住民票問題。これについては次に書いてみたいと思う。

本年はもう少し充実した内容のブログにし、一人でも多くの方に目を通して頂けるように努力したいと思います。
結構思いついたままを書いていますので、可也独善的とお感じになられる方も多いかと・・・。そこで、どんな事でも結構です。

昨年は、三つの言葉にも書きましたが、「人権、プライバシー、個人情報」で明け暮れたように思いますが、今年も早々からその感が強く、
来週始めから東京へ出張り、自分なりの考えを訴えていく予定です。

I would like to make an effort to make this year’s blog a little more full of content so that as many people as possible can read it.
I’m writing this as I came up with the idea, so many of you may feel that I’m being rather self-righteous… So, whatever it takes, it’s fine.

Last year, as I wrote in three words, it seemed to me that I was consumed with “human rights, privacy, and personal information”, and this year, too, the feeling was strong from early on.
From the beginning of next week, I will be traveling to Tokyo to express my ideas.

今年も後3日を残すだけ。過ぎ去った日は早いと言うが余りにも早い。1年を振り替えって、今年は何をしたか？、何があったか？、
などと毎年この時期になると考える。ところが、何故かこの歳になると年年歳歳花合い似たりで、ピンとくるものが無い。
漫然と日々過ごしてしまっているからなので有ろうが・・・。暮れに反省、新年を迎えて心機一転新たに誓いを建てるが、暮れにはまた反省。
その繰り返しで、早や還暦を迎える歳となった。ところが又、この還暦を迎える実感がまったく無い。誰しも云うことではあるが、
気持ちは未だ全くの青春。ただ、身体は正直なもので徐々にガタがきはじめたようで、
同じ年頃の人間が集まると自然と健康の話に話題移って行く。

そんな事はともかくとして、多分これが今年最後のブログとなる。そこで、自分なりに今年1年を振り替えってみよう。

直ぐにピンと来るものは無いが、よくよく考えると色々ある。先ず一つは、このブログなるものを書き始めた事であろうか。
弊社の番頭の強い要望で、「週に2回は・・」と云われたが思うほど簡単ではない。書き始めればそうでもないが、それまでが中々億劫である。
これも歳のせいなのかもしれない・・・。　内容はともかくとして、それでも何とか週１?２回のペースで書き続けることが出来た。
身内しか読まないブログではあるが、偶には、「松ちゃんの書いていること９０％その通りだと思う・・・」などと声援を送ってくれる人も居た。
そんな人が一人でも居る限り、来年も書き続けて行こうと思う。

趣味の一つである読書は、今年は何と言っても浅田次郎。寝屋川図書館にある浅田次郎は全て読破したが、あの何ともいえない「情味」
には泣かされた。また、先日娘が「お父さん、この本ちょっと泣けるで・・・、」と貸してくれた、島田洋七（漫才師）の「がばいばあちゃん」
これも中々よかった。どうも映画化されるらしい。そういえば、友人の東田俊康（ＰＩＯ社長）が書いた「探偵がゆく」
も中々よかった・・・（他人が見るブログなるものはこういうところが難しい）、しかし、未だ映画化の話は無いらしい。

業界的には、何といっても業法制定の動き。議員立法で成立やに思えたが、郵政民営化に伴う解散で一端はオジャン。ただ、
来年早々の国会で成立の見込み大との噂。正直、期待と不安で複雑な思いである。今ひとつ業界的には、戸籍住民票問題。
調査業従事者が行政書士等の有資格者を通じて、第三者の住民票や戸籍を入手していたことが発覚、不正入手として報道され、
解放同盟を中心とした運動団体や行政が人権問題として大きくとらえている事件である。実は、この問題は報道されているような、
単純に不正入手と一言でいえるような問題ではなく、戸籍住民票そのものの行政の取り扱いに問題があり、「何人でも請求できる」
となっているにも関わらず、有資格者にしか出さない運用に問題がある事を強く主張したい。戸籍、住民票が差別の為に使われたのであれば、
これは大問題である。だからと言って、「戸籍、住民票を非公開に」とはならない。身分を公証する公的資料は戸籍や住民票以外には無い。
それを、非公開にすればいったいどんな社会になるのか、火を見るより明らかなこと。悪い奴ほどよく眠る、
詐欺師天国の到来である。私の持論であるが、「包丁で殺人事件を起こしたからと言って、包丁を悪とし、
その使用も製造も禁止するような事があってはならない」、このことである。ところが、人権や差別となると、
どうもつながるものは全てダメとなるらしい・・・。そんな偏った行政だけはして欲しくないものである。

後はブログにもよく書いたが、個人情報保護法施行に伴う各企業の自己保身とマニュアル人間の台頭。人権、個人主義、
プライバシーのはき違え。「人権の行き過ぎは亡国の始まり・・・」と知人の一人が声を大にして独り言をいっているが、
人権至上主義の賢人の話を聞いていると、正直私も知人同様に叫びたくなった年であった。

先般、所属する船場ロータリークラブの卓話でも、環境問題が取り上げられ、温暖化防止対策で、
企業は勿論私たち個々人に何が出来るだろうか・・、そんな事が話し合われたが、本当に真剣に考えなければならない問題だと思う。

また、自然環境破壊と供に最近人の心も破壊されてきたのか、とても人間とは思えないような幼児殺害などの凶悪犯罪が続出している。
フッと思う、経済や化学の発展は、人の幸せと何か関係しているのだろうか・・と。しかし、自然破壊と心の破壊はきっと相関関係にあるのでは・

10月８．９．１０日と３連休。何故か休みが多く感じられる。多分仕事人間だからであろう・・・？。

例によって連休2日間、８・９日は楽しいゴルフ仲間飲み仲間16人で白浜に1泊2日の小旅行を楽しんだ。メンバーは「角好集会」
と称して20年以上続いているゴルフ同好会である。今は昔、南に角（カク）というラウンジが在りき。そこに夜な夜な集まる酒好き、
ゴルフ好き、女好き、男好きの数名のメンバーがいた。誰が言い出した判らないが、そのメンバーが毎月1日に自然とカクに集まるようになり、
それを「1日会」と名づけた。そして飲みながらのゴルフ談義で自然とゴルフコンペを開催する事となり、作られたのが「角好集会」。
そんな古いメンバーの集まりだから皆気心が知れている。角（カク）は、マスターが陶芸家に転じたため閉鎖したが、「1日会」も「角好集会」
も未だに続いている。そのメンバーで1泊2日のゴルフ旅行、盛り上がらぬ訳がない。朝7時に集合、バスに乗るや否や酒盛りが始まった。
白浜に着くとすぐにゴルフと相成ったが、ゴルフボールが２つ、3つに見える連中が続出。そんな中で小生３９・４２．勿論優勝。
当日の宴会は和歌山名物クエ鍋。舌鼓をうちながらのカラオケ大会は何時果てるか・・・と思いきや、歳と明日のゴルフが気になるのか、
それでも10時頃にはお開きとなった。翌日のゴルフは快晴、昨日の雨で芝も生き生きとしている。またもや小生３８・４１と絶好調、
連続優勝間違いなしと思いきや３９・３９で回った遊び人が一人おり2位に甘んじたが、何れにしても素晴らしい2日間であった。

明日、明後日と東京で2日間連続で業界の理事会がある。個人情報保護法、戸籍住民票問題、
調査業法と問題は山積しており頭の痛い会議になりそうだ。

As soon as we arrived at Shirahama, it became a golf game, but there were many people who looked like they had two or three golf balls. I was 39.42 and of course I won.
The banquet of the day was the famous Kue hot pot in Wakayama. I was wondering when the karaoke party would end, but my age and tomorrow’s golf would be on my mind.
Still, it was over by 10:00. The next day’s golf was clear and the turf was alive with yesterday’s rain. I’m on a roll again, 38.41.
I was sure that I would win the race in a row, but there was one player who made the 39th and 39th round, so I had to settle for the second place, but it was a great two days anyway.

Tomorrow, the day after tomorrow, there are two consecutive days of industry board meetings in Tokyo. Personal Information Protection Act, Family Registration and Residence Records, and
