今日御用修め。今年１年、このブログを覗きに来て下さった美男美女の皆様 、本当に有難う御座いました。1人でも覗いてくれる方がいると思うからこそ更新できるのです。未だみぬ貴方ですが、ただただ感謝申し上げます。何卒来年も宜しくお願い申し上げます。

　今年は何と云っても3月11日だよね・・・。当日テレビに映し出された津波の生映像は今も鮮明に脳裏にこびりついている。多分あの時のショックは一生消えることは無いと思う。それ程衝撃的であった。

　自然の力をまざまざと見せ付けられた。が、それにも増して人間の力はある意味もっと凄いかも。阪神大震災もそうであったが、今回の東北も間違いなく人間の力で完璧に復興させる。ただ、復興しないのは福島原発だよネ・・・、あれはいかん・・・、神の啓示と捉え、次の対策を練って欲しいものと思う。

　重い話しは是くらいにして、小生の朗報。11月のブログに同級生の快気祝で皆生温泉に行った事を書いたが、実はその席で、糖質制限食を紹介された。そこで小生、当日より実行、何と僅か１ケ月で効果バッチリ・・・・。

　もしこのブログを覗いている美男美女で血糖値でお悩みの方は是非一報下さい、一報が面倒であれば、ただ炭水化物をできるだけ摂取しないようにすることです。その他は全てOK、カロリーなど関係ねえー、アルコールも焼酎、ウイスキーは少々飲んでも大丈夫、ただ、日本酒とビールだけはダメ。これさえやれば元気モリモリ間違いなし。明日では遅い、今日からやらなくちゃー。

　良いお正月をお迎え下さい・・・但し、糖質制限食ですぞ。

It’s March 11th this year… The live images of the tsunami that were shown on television that day are still vividly etched in his mind. The shock of that time probably won’t go away for the rest of my life. That’s how shocking it was.

We were shown the power of nature in a vivid way. However, the power of human beings may be even more amazing. Just like the Great Hanshin Earthquake, this time around Tohoku will undoubtedly be completely rebuilt by human power.

I wrote in my blog in November about my classmate’s visit to Kaike Onsen Hot Springs as a celebration of his recovery, and it was there that I was introduced to a sugar-restricted diet. So, I implemented it from the day of the event, and the effect is perfect after only one month….

If you’re a good-looking guy or a beautiful woman who’s looking at this blog and you’re having trouble with your blood sugar levels, please let me know, and if it’s too much trouble, just try to eat as little carbohydrates as possible. Everything else is OK, no calories, no alcohol, shochu, whiskey and a little bit of whiskey, but only sake and beer are not OK. If you do this, you will be energetic and energetic.  今年も後５日を残すのみ・・・、アッと云う間の1年であった。

　先ほど今年最後のロータリークラブの例会を終え帰社したが、メンバーの大半が「もう今年も終わりだね・・・早いな・・・アッと云う間だね・・・」、挨拶代わりのように口にしている。小生も「そうですね・・１日は結構長いのに、１年は直ぐだよな・・・」と応じている。

　これっていったい何なのでしょう？。

　子供の頃は1年1年キチッと成長し、背丈も大きくなり、知識も年毎に付いていく。そんな目に見える成長と、今ひとつは早く大人になりたいな・・・などと願望も強く、将来への夢も希望もあるが故、1年1年が脳裏にハッキリと刻まれ、時の経過をキッチリと記憶すのであろう。

　ところが年をとるにつれ、成長は愚か後退さえ感じられ、知識も薄れ、将来に夢も希望もなく、ただその日その日を漫然と過ごすが故、過ぎてみると１年何をしていたのか判然とせず、結果アッとをいう間の1年になってしまうのでは。

　と云う事は、夢と希望を持って、自分の成長が感じられる何かに取り組み、意識明瞭に日々生きれば、子供の頃の様な1年を1年と感じられる充実した時を刻むことが出来るかもしれない。

　そうだ、来年はその様にしてみよう。だって辰年だもの、天に昇らなきゃ・・・・。

　此処まで書いて、もしかしたらと昨年12月のブログを覗いてみると、言葉は違うが似たことを書いている。アチャー、これだと来年も同じになる可能性が大・・・でも辰年だから・・・。

　干支などに頼らず、自らの意志でキッとそうしよう！！。

As I came home from the last Rotary club meeting of the year, most of the members were saying, “The year is over…so fast…it’s flying by…” as if to say hello. I also responded, “Yes, it is true…a day is quite long, but a year is soon…

What is this all about?

When you are a child, you grow year by year, you grow taller, and your knowledge follows you year by year. With such visible growth and a strong desire to become an adult as soon as possible, as well as a dream and hope for the future, each year is clearly etched in the back of our minds and we remember the passage of time.

As we get older, however, we feel that our growth has receded, our knowledge has waned, we have no dreams or hopes for the future, and we spend each day aimlessly, so that when we look back, we don’t know what we’ve been doing for a year, and as a result, the year passes in a flash.

In other words, if you have dreams and hopes, work on something that you can feel your growth, and live every day with a clear consciousness, you may be able to mark a year as if it were a year as if you were a child.

Yes, let’s do it that way next year. Because it’s the year of the dragon, we have to ascend to the heavens…..

After writing this far, I peeked into my blog from last December and found that I had written something similar, though in different words. Archer, this means there’s a big chance it will be the same next year…but it’s the year of the dragon….

Let’s not rely on the zodiac, but on our own will!

　今年の漢字は絆と決定。

　発表の当日、娘曰く、「絆」、良かったね・・・。
「震」とか「災」とかだったら最低だよね・・アーよかった。

　その言葉を聞いて、お父さんはホッとした。良い子に育っているな・・って。

　ブログを書き始めて早や7年、毎年この時期になると、「今年の漢字」
について一言書いて来たが、娘と同じく、「絆」は良かったなーと思った。

　絆の大切さを痛感し、結婚が増えたとの情報もある。大変な年ではあったが、
色んな意味で多くの人が、今までの生き方を考えさせられた年になったのでは。ただ、「喉もとを過ぎれば熱さ忘れ」の言葉通り、
あれほど強烈に脳裏に焼きついた津波シーンも、今は、11日の日に、報道などを通じて思い出す程度で、
普段は雑事に追われ忘れている事が多い。

　多分それで良いと思うが、被災地の難儀は後何年続くのであろう・・・。それこそ
「絆」を大切に継続的な支援をしなければ。

昨夜、ひょんな事からダイヤモンド経営者倶楽部の分科会で話をすることになった。「探偵業について何か話しをして欲しい・・・持ち時間は1時間」とのこと。年齢と共に人前で話す機会は増えてはいるが、ダイヤモンド経営者倶楽部と云えば相当な会社の社長さんばかり、しかもリーガロイヤルホテルでである。

　「虚心平気」を座右の銘とする小生ではあるが、緊張は隠せない。それでも席についてしまえば、えーいママよ、と腹は据わる。

　そうそうたる社長さんを前に、調査業の現状と、採用調査を否定的にみる厚生労働省への不満をぶつけ、京都の病院で起こった爪はがし事件や栃木での小学生の集団登校にクレーン車が突っ込み、多くの幼い子供の命をうばった事件など、事前に採用調査さえ実施していれば未然に防げたことを、声を大にして訴えた・・。

　久々に溜飲の下がる思いであった。

　結構真剣な面持ちだね？、やはり大分緊張していたのかな・・・。

話はコロッと変わるが、今週、日・月と一泊２日で中学の同級生とゴルフコンペを楽しんだ。このコンペ、42歳の厄年にはじめ、年2回開催で既に４８回を数える。小生は一度も休まず皆出席であるが、よる年波には勝てぬというか、当初は3組12名の参加があったが、今や２組をつくるのがやっと。ただ幾ら少なくなってもこんな気のおけないコンペは止めるわけにはいかない。少なくとも後10年は続けたいものだ・・・

今回は神戸フラワーパークで宿泊。タイミングよく「神戸　光の祭典、イルミナージュ」の開催中で、ホテルの窓から携帯でパチリ・・・。

On a different note, I enjoyed a golf competition with my junior high school classmates this week for two days and one night on Sunday and Monday. This competition has been held twice a year and has already been held 48 times since I was 42 years old. I never took a break and everyone attended, but it was no match for the new year’s wave. Initially, there were three groups of 12 participants, but now we can barely make two groups. However, no matter how small the number is, we can’t stop such an uncomfortable competition. I’d like to do this for at least another 10 years…

This time, we stayed at Kobe Flower Park. It was well timed that “Kobe Light Festival, Illuminage” was being held, and I took a picture with my cell phone from the hotel window.

　流行語ではないが、最近やたらと「個人情報」とか「個人情報保護」と云う言葉を耳にすることが多い。役所も企業も団体も個人も、人のこと個人のことをたずねると、必ずと云っていいほど、「それは個人情報ですから・・」と、のたまい、応えようとしない。

　いったい是って何でしょう？。所謂、個人のこと、個人情報に関する事には一切応じてはいけない。それが至極当然で当たり前の事と捉えられている様である。

　ところがよくよく考えてみて下さい。人と人との会話では、７０％・８０％が人に関すること、しかも個人に関することでは無いでしょうか。特に奥様方の井戸端会議、今で云う「おちゃ・・」などでは、９０％を超えるのでは無いでしょうか。

　尋ねられれば「個人情報ですからお応えできません」とのたまいながら、日常会話では個人の事（個人情報）を何の抵抗も無く話し合っている。

　人が社会生活を営む上で、個人情報を全て伏せていたら、多分コミュニティーは築けないのではないでしょうか。それなのに、お尋ねすると、個人情報ですからお応えできませんとなる。

　これは平成17年4月１日から全面施行された「個人情報保護法」に関連し、この保護法が施行されるや否や猫も杓子も「個人情報ですから・・・」と云いだした。ところが実際にこの個人情報保護法をどれだけの人が理解して、使っているのでしょうか？。

　この法律は、極々簡単に云うと、「個人情報取扱事業者」を対象にした法律であり、取扱事業者以外の人は、この法律の適用外で、何ら法律の縛りを受けないのです。そして、「取扱事業者」とは如何なる場合かと云うと、これもごく簡単に言うと、「5000件以上の個人情報を体系的にデータベース化にして検索できる様システム化し、それを事業の用に供する者」を云うのであって、一般個人の大半は取扱事業者には該当しません。

　元々この法律は、IT化の進展に伴い、コンピューターやネットワークを利用して大量の個人情報が蓄積、処理されるに至り、個人情報は、その性質上いったん誤った取り扱いをされると個人に取り返しの被害を及ぼすおそれがあり、この状況を踏まえて、誰もが安心してIT社会の便益を亨受する為にもうけられたものであります。

　ところが一端この法律が施行されると、官公庁は勿論あらゆる企業が個人の事は全て口外してはならないとし、履歴の確認さえ出来ない、おかしな社会を作りつつあるのです。

　従って、少し悪賢い人は、自分の履歴など云いたい放題、書きたい放題で、一流企業や官公庁に在籍していた履歴にしておけば確認が取れない事をよくよく知っており、履歴書詐称をし、自分を偽り、悪さを働く事が容易に出来るようになっています。

　我が社が行う、採用調査でも経歴詐称は今や30％を遥かに越えてきており、個人情報保護の行き過ぎが非常に危惧される状況に成ってきている事を指摘しておきたいと思います。

When asked, he says, “I can’t tell you this because it’s personal information,” but he discusses his personal information in everyday conversation without any resistance.

If people withhold all of their personal information in order to live a social life, they probably can’t build a community, can they? And yet, when I ask them, they say they can’t answer because it’s personal information.

This is related to the “Personal Information Protection Law” which was fully enforced on April 1, 2005, and as soon as this protection law was enforced, everyone started saying, “It’s personal information…”. However, how many people actually understand and use the Personal Information Protection Law?

In very simple terms, this law is aimed at “business operators handling personal information”, and persons other than business operators handling personal information are not subject to this law and are not bound by it in any way. In any case, “handling business operators” are, to put it very simply, “those who systematically create a database of more than 5,000 pieces of personal information that can be searched and used for business purposes”.

Originally, this law was enacted in order for everyone to enjoy the benefits of the IT society with peace of mind in light of this situation.

However, once this law was enacted, all companies, not to mention government offices, were not allowed to tell anyone about their personal affairs, creating a strange society in which they could not even check their history.

Therefore, it is very easy for a person who is a little devious to falsify his or her resume and misrepresent himself or herself, because he or she knows that his or her resume cannot be verified if he or she has worked at a prestigious company or government office.

I would like to point out that the percentage of career falsification is now far more than 30% in the hiring survey conducted by our company, and we are now in a situation where we are very concerned about the excessive protection of personal information.
