現政権下の主要政策の一つに働き方改革というのがある。同一労働、同一賃金など労働者目線からの改革が注目されているが、今回の新型コロナウイルス騒動の中で、企業は仕方なく可能な限り、在宅勤務を取り入れ、リモートでの働き方を模索し採用した。結果、あれ、リモートでも結構いけるじゃん。「遣れば出来るんだ」と感じた人が多いのではなかろうか？。

勿論働き方は業種によって大きく異なり、今回のウイルス対策でもろに打撃を受けている観光業（鉄道、バス、ホテル、旅館、その他）や飲食業などは、中々リモートでカバーできる状態になく、大変な状況にあると思うが、弊社の様な卓上での仕事が多い業種では、今回の「仕方なく・・」が、思った以上に「遣れば出来る・・」との感触を得て、政府が掲げる働き方改革を実行する大きなきっかけに成るような気がする。

マイナスをプラスに。「そうだ、終始一貫、勇気勇気で、押し切るのだ」。

コロナウイルスの感染防止対策として可能な限り企業はテレワークを実施している。

弊社も7～８割はテレワークに入っており、この2週間は社員の誰とも顔を合わせていない。それでも仕事はなんとか回せており、遣ればやれるものだとへんに感心している。

これが10年前だったらどうだろう・・。大手はともかく、弊社の様な零細企業は、テレワークが出来る環境つくりそのものに、体力的（費用的）に無理が生じ、政府の緊急事態宣言に「はい、判りましたと」と素直に言えたかどうか・・。

それにしても長いね・・。裏情報では後１ケ月延長されるとか？。

結果、コロナウイルスは封じ込めたが、企業も一緒に封じ込められた、などと成りかねない。このコロナ対策で直撃を受けている産業は先ず間違いなくそうなるでしょう。

政府はそうならないためにと、次々と対策を打ち出しているが、補助金だけで経営者の活きを鼓舞するのは難しい。ここまで落ち込めばV字回復も望み難く、産業全体が回復するには2～３年を要するかも？。

そんな覚悟で臨まなければ・・・と覚悟はしているが、それにしても大変だね・・・。

とにかく人間も企業も免疫力を高め、少々のことで挫けない体力をつけなければ。

「そうだ、終始一貫勇気勇気で押し切るのだ！！。」

Our company is also 70-80% telecommuting, and we haven’t seen any of our employees in the last two weeks. Even so, I’ve managed to get the work done, and I’m very impressed with the fact that it can be done if it’s done.

I wonder if this was 10 years ago… I don’t know if we can say “Yes, I understand” to the government’s declaration of emergency, because it is physically (and costly) impossible for a small company like our company to create an environment that allows telework.

That’s a long time… I heard that it’s going to be extended for another month.

As a result, the coronavirus has been contained, but the company has also been contained. The industries that are being hit directly by this corona measure will undoubtedly be the first to do so.

In order to prevent this from happening, the government has come up with a series of measures, but it is difficult to inspire business owners with subsidies alone. If it declines this much, a V-shaped recovery is unlikely, and it may take two to three years for the industry as a whole to recover.

I have to be prepared for such a challenge, but even so, it’s hard…

In any case, both humans and companies need to raise their immunity and build up a physical strength that won’t be frustrated by a few things.

Yes, push through with consistent courage from start to finish!

大阪の繁華街、梅田も難波も普段とはうって変わって、砂漠のような状態。通勤電車も普段の半分以下、しかもオールマスク着用で異様な雰囲気であるが、最近はその光景にも慣れ、寧ろマスク無しの人に違和感を感じるくらいになっている。

会社は出来る限りテレワークに切り替えており、弊社も半数はテレワーク、半数は時差出勤などで出来るだけ感染リスクを下げることに努めている。

ただそんなに恐れることはない。感染の確率は未だまだゼロに近い数字である。ところが国の緊急事態宣言が出たことでも判るように、このウイルスは感染力が生半可でなさそう。しかも対処療法が無いとくれば、「３蜜」を徹底してやるしか成すすべが無いという事になる。

そこで小生は３蜜を避け、日本海の大海原にボートを浮かべ、鯛やヒラメと戯れようかと考えた。早速、田舎の同級生に、釣り果をたずねると、「お前何を考えているのだ？、帰っても隠岐には入れないぞ・・、2週間の監禁生活覚悟で帰るなら別だが、それにしても白い目で見られるぞ・・」とのきついお達しが帰ってきた。

そうか＝、故郷は遠きにありて想うものか・・・。という事で隠岐への移動もかなわず、しばらくは隠遁生活にてっするしか無さそう・・。トホホ・・・。

Moreover, if there is no coping treatment, there is nothing to do but to do the “three bees” thoroughly.

Therefore, I thought of avoiding the three honeys and floating my boat on the ocean of the Sea of Japan to play with sea bream and flounder. As soon as I asked my classmate in the countryside about his fishing results, he said, “What are you thinking? Even if you go back, you can’t go to Oki, unless you are prepared to live in confinement for two weeks, but even so, you will be looked at with white eyes.

Oh, I see… I think my hometown is far away… So I couldn’t move to Oki, and I had to live in seclusion for a while. Toh-oh-oh…

４月１日（水）弊社の４０期がスタート。この時期ではあるが、レストランの特別室を専用使用でオーダーし、祝宴を開いた。当日新入社員も入ったことから古参社員がハイテンションで出し物を披露。吉本の特別ゲストかと見間違うほどの漫才コンビ。ヤス：キヨが復活したかの如くで、とんでもなく楽しいスタートを切ることが出来た。

赤くライトアップされている橋は、天神祭りの初日に行われる「鉾流し神事」の船出の橋、「鉾流し橋」です。

川の向かいに見えるのが、明治に造られたレンガ造りの「大阪公会堂」。

ついでに９歳になった我が家の長男、「広太郎」。柴犬カットにしたばかり。可愛いでしょう・・・。

先般プレーしたゴルフ場から写した、雲海。素晴らしい眺めの雲海でした。

On Wednesday, April 1, our 40th term started. Although it was this time of year, we ordered a special room in the restaurant for exclusive use and held a party. Since new employees also joined the company that day, old employees were excited to perform their acts. The manzai duo is so good that you’d be forgiven for thinking they were special guests of Yoshimoto. Yasu: It’s like Kiyo’s back and it’s off to a really fun start.

The bridge that is lit up in red is the “Hoko-nagashi Bridge”, which is the starting point of the “Hoko-nagashi Shinto” ceremony held on the first day of the Tenjin Festival.

Across the river is the Osaka Public Hall, a brick structure built in the Meiji era (1868-1912).

Our eldest son, Kotaro, is now nine years old. I just had it cut into a Shibanen cut. Isn’t it cute…?

A sea of clouds from the golf course where I played the other day. It was a sea of clouds with a wonderful view.

早くも春爛漫。４月を迎える前に桜は満開を迎えそう。ところが不要不急の外出規制で花見としゃれこむことも出来ず、止むなく必要に追われ外出すると、会う人の大半はマスク姿。なんとなく春爛漫、溌剌颯爽とは行かず、世の中全般が沈み込んでいる感じ。

しかし、此処しばらくは致し方なし。忍の一字で自主規制に努めるしか無さそう。

私的には３月一杯徹底した防御策を取れば、感染経路がハッキリしている限り、何とかなるのでは？と、何となく楽観視していた。ところがウイルスもさるもの、何処からどう侵入したのか、こっそり感染経路を開発しているようで、調べてみたらたいした自覚も無いのに陽性反応などという事になってきている。正直危なっかしい状況に堕ち入りつつある。

そんなこんなで外出もままならず、土日にかけ庭の片隅につくっている一坪農園の耕作に着手。

今年も夏野菜中心にトマト、ナス、キュウリを考えていたが、これが何と・・？。昨年まで１年ごとに作付け場所を交替させ、連作を避けているつもりになっていたが、実はトマトとナスが同一科目であることが今年分かりガックリ。そういえば、１０年前、庭の石を掘り起こし、畑とは言い難いくらいの状況で植えたトマトやナスが思った以上によく実ったのに、以後年々成果は下降線をたどり、キュウリだけが好成績という年が続いていた。

よって今年はメインの部分にブロッコリーとジャガイモを植え、隅っこにトマトとキュウリを考えている。

Spring is already in full swing and the cherry blossoms will be in full bloom before April arrives. However, due to the urgent restrictions on going out, I was unable to enjoy the cherry blossoms and dress up, and when I had to go out, most of the people I met were wearing masks. It’s not like spring is in full bloom, and it doesn’t look like it’s going to be full of vibrancy, but the world in general seems to be sinking.

However, it can’t be helped for a while. It looks like we’ll have to work on self-regulation with the word “shinobi”.

As far as I’m concerned, as long as the route of infection is clear, if we take thorough defensive measures throughout March, we can do something about it, can’t we? I was somehow optimistic about it. However, it seems that the virus is also something, and how it invaded from where, and is secretly developing an infection route. To be honest, we are in a precarious situation.

I couldn’t go out, so I spent Saturday and Sunday cultivating the 1 tsubo farm in a corner of my garden.

I was thinking about tomatoes, eggplant, and cucumbers as summer vegetables again this year, but what the heck…? Up until last year, I thought I was going to rotate the planting area every year to avoid consecutive crops, but this year I was surprised to find out that tomatoes and eggplants are actually the same subject. Ten years ago, we dug up the stones in the garden and planted tomatoes and eggplants in conditions that could hardly be described as a field, and they bore more fruit than we expected.

So this year I’m thinking broccoli and potatoes for the main part and tomatoes and cucumbers in the corner.
