年男放談
新年明けましておめでとうございます。
昨年末は、急遽田舎（隠岐）に帰らなければならなくなり、纏めのブログも書けないまま終わってしまいました。
それにしても冬の日本海は厳しい。２８日の朝９時半のフェリーに乗るべく４時に大阪を出たが、大時化の為隠岐行きフェリーは全便欠航、
仕方なく松江で１泊し翌日の船に乗ることとしたが、心配した通り翌朝の便は欠航、１２時３０分に一便だけ出航となり、
何とか帰ることが出来た。離島の厳しさを痛感させられた年末であった。
今年は、暦の関係で９日初出とし、初日より通常業務を開始。小生は新年の挨拶回りに時間をとられ、
今日やっとブログを書くことができた。
創業２９年、小生は還暦である。驚くばかりというか全く実感がない。ただ、節目の年である事に違いは無く、
還暦同窓会など予定は目白押しにある。来週月曜は早速ロータリークラブで年男放談をしなければならない。
ところが実感が無いだけに特に改まった決意も無く、何を話そうか少し頭を痛めているというのが正直なところである。
但し、年男とか還暦に関係なく、今年は調査業界に取っては大きな節目の年になる事は間違いない。
６月１日には否応なく業法が施行される。また、今国会に戸籍法及び住民基本台帳法の一部改正が先ず間違いなく上提される。
過去何回もこのブログにも書かせて貰ったが、この改正案は国民一人ひとりに直接関係する重大な問題である。
人の身分に関する公証制度の問題であり、あらゆる問題を提起し、広く国民的論議を尽くさなければならないと思うが、
一部の強力な圧力団体に押され、多くの国民が知らないうちにスッと通ってしまう可能性が高い。
従って当面はその事に警笛を鳴らしつつ積極的な運動を展開して行こうと考えている。

At the end of last year, I had to go back to the countryside (Oki) in a hurry, so I couldn’t write a blog to summarize it.
I left Osaka at 4:00 am to catch a ferry at 9:30 am on the 28th, but all the ferries to Oki were cancelled due to the big weather.
We had no choice but to stay overnight in Matsue and take the next day’s boat, but as we were worried, the next morning’s flight was cancelled and only one flight left at 12:30.
I managed to get home. It was the end of the year when I was painfully aware of the severity of the remote islands.
This year, due to the calendar, the first day of the month is the 9th, and we started our normal business on the first day. I had to make a New Year’s greeting rounds.
Today I finally got around to writing a blog post.
It has been 29 years since the company was founded, and I am in my 60th year. I’m not only surprised, but I don’t really feel it at all. However, it’s still a milestone year.
There are a lot of things on the agenda, including a reunion. Next Monday, I have to have a Rotary club meeting to talk about the yearling as soon as possible.
However, since I don’t have a real sense of reality, I don’t have any particular determination, and to be honest, I’m a little worried about what I’m going to say.
However, regardless of whether you are an old man or a 60-year old, there is no doubt that this year will be a major milestone for the research industry.
On June 1, the business law will inevitably come into effect. In addition, partial amendments to the Family Registration Law and the Basic Resident Registration Law will undoubtedly be submitted to the Diet.
As I’ve written on this blog many times in the past, this amendment is a serious issue that directly concerns each and every citizen.
It is a question of the notarization system regarding the status of a person, and I think we need to raise all kinds of issues and engage in a broad national debate.
Pushing by some powerful pressure groups, it is likely that many of the public will swoop through without knowing it.
Therefore, for the time being, I am thinking of developing a positive movement while sounding the alarm about this issue.
