プライベートな話2006/10/24

二人旅

週末久し振りに小旅行に出かけた。しかも妻と二人である。団体旅行に二人で参加というのはあるが純粋に二人というのは記憶にない。
多分２０数年前の新婚旅行以来では無かったかと思う。

土曜日の朝８時過ぎ、「そろそろ出かけようか・・」と妻に声を掛けると、「エッ、あれ本当だったの」との反応。
２人での旅行など計画もしたことが無かっただけに、事前に一言「週末に熊野へ行こうか・・」と声は掛けていたものの、半信半疑であった様だ。

考えていたのは奈良県天川村の龍泉寺をお参りし、
十津川村の文武館に行き、川湯温泉で１泊、
翌日本宮にお参りし、熊野古道を少し歩こうとの計画。
ただドライブを兼ねて１泊しただけで旅行という程の事ではないが、これが中々良かった。

天川村の龍泉寺、近畿３６不動尊霊場巡りの一つとして立ち寄ったが思っていた以上に素晴らしく、
表現は悪いが面白いお寺であった。修験道のお寺であるが、怒りを露わにした不動明王が片目をつぶっていて何処と無く愛嬌があり、また、
ひょうきんな顔の狛犬の背中に子供が何匹も乗っかっていたりと、独特の味があった。また、
５０回記念とか１００回記念とかの碑が沢山あるのには驚いた。多分水ごりや滝行の回数を記念しての碑と思われるが・・。

十津川村の文武館。これは私の郷里、
隠岐の島の出身である中沼了三（文化１３年生、国学者、明治天皇侍講）
が孝明天皇の命により創立した文武館である。今回の一番の目的は、この文武館を観ることであった。
ところが十津川村の観光案内や観光掲示板を見てもサッパリ出てこない。
マー適当に走っていれば案内くらい有るだろうと思っていたがいっこうに見当たらない。途中みやげ物店に立ち寄って聞くが「知らない」という、
「中沼了三先生を知らないの・・」、”ほんとにモー”と云う心境である。暫く走ってＧＳで給油しながら尋ねると、
「今の十津川高校が昔し文武館と呼ばれていた」とのこと。やっと分かったが既にそこは通り過ぎていた。
結局帰りに立ち寄ることにして一路川湯温泉へとひた走る。十津川村は日本一大きな村と言われるだけあって走っても走っても十津川村である。
ところが、十津川の眺めが何とも素晴らしく、幾ら走っても苦にならない爽快なドライブであった。

川湯温泉着１７時４５分。可愛い女将の出迎えを受け、温泉にゆったりと浸り、美味しい料理に舌包みを打ち、「代は満足じゃ・・」
とご機嫌で部屋に帰り、日本シリーズの観戦に挑むやいなやどうも爆睡状態にはいたらしい、お目覚めは丑三つ時であった。

多忙につき明日に続く

I took a short trip for the first time in a long time this weekend. Moreover, he and his wife are alone. I can’t remember a time when two people participated in a group trip, but it was purely two people.

It’s not so much a trip that just doubled as an overnight drive, but this was pretty good.

I stopped by Ryusenji Temple in Amakawa Village as one of the 36 Fudo-son sacred sites in the Kinki area, but it was more wonderful than I had expected.
The expression is bad, but it was an interesting temple. It is a temple of Shugendo, but Fudo Myoo, who shows his anger and closes one eye, is somehow charming and
There were many children riding on the backs of these cheerful-looking komainu, and they had their own unique taste. Also.
I was surprised to see so many monuments to the 50th and 100th anniversaries. It seems to be a monument to commemorate the number of waterfalls and waterfalls.

The current Totsukawa High School was called Bunbukan in the past. I finally figured it out, but I had already passed by there.
After all, I decided to stop by on the way home, and I ran to Kawayu Onsen one way. It is said that Totsukawa Village is the largest village in Japan, so it is Totsukawa Village no matter how much you run.
However, the view of the Totsukawa River was so wonderful that it was an exhilarating drive that I didn’t feel bothered no matter how much I drove.

He went back to his room in a good mood, and as soon as he tried to watch the Japan Series, he seemed to have fallen asleep, waking up in the middle of the night.

鮨　江戸時代築地店オープン

私の知人がこの度「鮨江戸時代築地店」をオープンした。

昨年９月、麹町に一号店をオープンし、計画では年３店舗を順次オープンさせる予定であったが思うように物件（店舗）が見つからず、遅れにおくれやっとこの１０月１５日、２号店のオープンに漕ぎ着けた。出店に関しては私も少なからず応援しており、今後は私の中でも結構大きな比重を占めることになりそうである。そんなことで今週初めから東京に行っていたが、今度の築地店は素晴らしい。百聞は一見にしかず、万難を排して一度足を運んで欲しい・・。

鮨のメッカ、築地に殴り込みをかける勢いでの出店であり、店にも気合が入っているが従業員皆がそれ以上に気合が入っている。「味、ボリューム、価格、サービス、雰囲気」全ての点でご満足して頂けるはずです。

An acquaintance of mine recently opened “Sushi Edo-era Tsukiji”.

We opened our first store in Kojimachi last September, and planned to open three stores a year in succession, but we couldn’t find a property (store) as we wanted, so we decided to open our second store on October 15. 再チャレンジ社会と調査業

先般、所属するＮＰＯ法人全国調査業協会連合会から会報の原稿依頼があった。
戸籍や業法問題など投稿したい問題は色々有るが、やはり旬の題材に勝るものはなかろうと考え、安倍首相の
「再チャレンジ社会構築」の政策に調査業が如何に関わって行くか・・、そんな事を書いてみた。
また手抜きと叱られそうだが、今週はその原稿を添付する事にする。

「再チャレンジ社会と調査」　　　　　　　　　　　　　松谷　廣信

この度、内閣総理大臣に就任した安倍首相は「再チャレンジできる社会づくり」を政策の柱の一つに掲げ、
失業したり、事業に失敗したり、夢破れても何度でも挑戦できる仕組みや支援策を構築し、
「格差が固定化しないような社会」をつくるとしている。

可也漠然とした政策であり、これから徐々にその具体策が示されるものと思われるが、うたい文句としては、
国民の多くが望むであろう耳障りの良いものであり、大いに進めて頂きたいものと思う。

ただ、私はこの言葉を耳にした途端、「ワッ、これでまた調査業は叩かれるな！」と感じた。
日陰者の僻み根性がそう感じさせたのかも知れないが、調査業を否定的にみる頭でっかちの人権論者などが
「人事調査などは、失敗者の再チャレンジを妨げる最たるものだ・・、」と、今以上に、人権、
プライバシー、個人情報などを錦の御旗に掲げ、声高々と叫ぶ姿が目に浮かんできたのである。

そこで、真の調査とは如何なるものか。「再チャレンジできる社会づくり」と
「調査業」は決して相反するものではなく、寧ろ、切っても切れない密接な関係にあり、
共に手を携えて進まなければならないものである事を、限られた紙面ではあるが検証してみたいと思う。

第一に言えることは、調査は弱者を切り捨てるために行うものではなく、
調査は事実を知るために行うものである。人が人を信用するため、企業が企業を信用するため、
人が会社を信用するため、会社が人を信用するため、あらゆる相互間の信用・信頼を築く為の裏づけ、基礎資料を提供するのが調査である。
結果だけで人を判断するのはある意味簡単であるが人は決して結果だけで判断されるようなものではない。
破産者を破産と云う結果だけで判断するのではなく、破産に至る経緯や原因、
破産後の対応や態度など総合的な調査をして始めてその人の真の姿が見えてくるのであり、
「再チャレンジが出来る社会」は「調査の必要性」
を認める社会でなければならない。個人情報やプライバシーの名のもとに、調査を否定し、表面的な結果だけで人を判断するような社会こそ、
「再チャレンジを妨げる社会」ではなかろうか・・。

調査業務の大半は、人の生命、財産、安全を護るという崇高な使命を負っており、何が事実か、
何が本当かを調べ、事実に基づいた正しい判断をする為の基礎資料を提供するものである。ある意味、
人生の節目ふしめに於いてなくては成らない必要不可欠なものであると言える。ところが、何時の頃からか、
「調査は差別につながるおそれがあるから・・」との考え方から、調査＝差別ととらえられるようになり、「身許調査おことわり運動」
に行政までが関与するに至った。そして、昨年の個人情報保護法施行後は、「個人の調査は保護法に触れるのでは・・」
などとのたまう人が出てくるまでに至っている。何時、何処で、どんな力が働いてこんなことに成ったのか分らないが、
思考する事を停止させられたマニュアル化人間と事なかれ主義の行政が、声の大きな一部の人に洗脳された結果ではなかろうか。大阪市の
「飛鳥会事件」などその最たるものといえる。今こそ我々調査業者は、自らの仕事に誇りを持ち、
調べることの大切さを世に問い、「再チャレンジできる社会づくり」に「調査業の必要性」
を訴えて行かなければならないと考えている。

Recently, I was asked to write a manuscript for a bulletin by the National Federation of Surveyors’ Associations, to which I belong.
There are many issues that I would like to post, such as the family register and the business law, but I thought that there is nothing better than a seasonal subject.
I wrote about how the research industry should be involved in the policy of “building a new challenge society”.
I’m going to be scolded for cutting corners again, but I’ll be attaching that manuscript this week.

Re-Challenge Society and Research” Hironobu Matsutani

Prime Minister Abe, who has recently taken office as Prime Minister, has set “creating a society that can be challenged again” as one of the pillars of his policy.
By creating a system and support measures that allow you to try again and again, even if you lose your job, fail in your business, or break your dreams.
It says it will create “a society in which the disparities do not become fixed.

The policy is rather vague, and it is expected that concrete measures will be presented gradually in the future.
It is a good thing that many of the people of the country would like to see and hear, and I would like to see it promoted.

However, as soon as I heard these words, I was like, “Wow, this is going to get the investigative industry beat up again! felt.
It may be that the backwardness of the shadowy backwoods has made them feel that way, but it’s the big-headed human rights theorists and others who view the research industry negatively.
Now more than ever, human rights, education, and the like are the very things that prevent those who have failed from trying again.
I could see them shouting about privacy and personal information under the brocade banner.

So, what kind of a true investigation is this? To create a society that can challenge again.
The “investigative business” is not at all conflicting, but rather inextricably linked.
I would like to verify, albeit on a limited basis, that this is something that must go hand in hand.

The first thing to say is that investigations are not done to cut off the weak.
The investigation is to find out the facts. For people to trust people, for companies to trust companies.
In order for people to trust the company and for the company to trust people, the survey is to provide support and basic data to build trust and confidence among all parties.
It is easy in a sense to judge people by their results alone, but people should never be judged by their results alone.
We don’t just judge a bankrupt person based on the outcome of the bankruptcy, but also on the circumstances and causes that led to the bankruptcy.
A person’s true character can be seen only after a comprehensive investigation of how he or she handles and attitudes after bankruptcy.
A society that is ready to try again is “in need of investigation.
It must be a society that recognizes the importance of the A society that denies investigations in the name of personal information and privacy, and judges people based only on superficial results, is a society that does not want to be seen as a threat to the public.
Isn’t this the kind of society that prevents people from trying again?

The majority of investigative work has the noble mission of protecting human life, property, and safety, and it’s important to know what the facts are and what they are.
It provides a basis for examining what is true and making the right decision based on the facts. In a way.
It can be said that it is an indispensable thing that must be done at the turning point of one’s life. However, since when do you think

プライベートな話2006/10/05

JDMと娘

ＪＤＭ（ジャパンデンタルミッション）というＮＰＯ法人がある。この法人は、
歯科医療をバヌアツ共和国及びフィリッピンのカオハガン島で提供している医療奉仕団体である。
ＪＤＭは私が所属する船場ロータリークラブの仲間である澤田宗久歯科医が代表を務めており、
バヌアツに年２?３回、カオハガンに年３?４回は行っている可也活動的な奉仕団で、１チーム１０?１５名で編成され、
２０数年前から継続的に活動を続けている。

今回（９月１６日から１週間）その医療奉仕団に娘（大学４年）がボランテイアで参加した。単純に、学生生活最後の思い出として・・
くらいの気持ちでの参加ではなかったかと思う。ところが帰国しての報告文（ＪＤＭに提出）を読むと、
娘の場合はボランテイアに行ったのではなく、大変な人生勉強に行った来たようである。

その報告書の一部を引用すると、「カオハガンは甲子園球場位の小さな島で、人口は４５０名内外。会社等というものはなく、
人々の生活は限りなく自給自足に近い原始的なものでした。それは「非文明」や「発展途上国」
といった言葉から想像していたどこか悲惨なイメージとは全く違い、とても穏かでそこに違う形の幸せがあるのを見せ付けられた気分でした。
ブランドの服を着ていなくても人々はとても生き生きとして美しく、子供たちはとても無邪気で、
名札を見て覚えた私の名前お見て連呼していました。道で会えば挨拶をしてくれ、椰子の実を割って分けてくれました。
休みの日にバイト先の上司に会うと挨拶すら億劫で、すぐ隠れてしまうような私とは違い、
とても純粋に人に対する興味を持ち続けている感じがしました。それは我々が「ストレス社会」
の中で引き換えにしてきた人間の根本的な美しさのような気がして、島での数日間はとても人と関わることが楽しく思えました。
幸福とは何だろう？ということを考えさせられた数日間だったと思います。幸せは自分の生活する世界と切り離しては考えられないため、
カオハガン島の幸せが私の幸せだとは思いません。それでも、学歴とか地位とか会社の規模という自分を飾る「箔」より以前に、
人間である我々が、その人間が持つ素晴らしさを失くしていくのはあまりに惜しい気がしました・・・。」、云々とあった。

「可愛い子には旅をさせよ」、そんな格言を思い出した。

There is a non-profit organization called JDM (Japan Dental Mission). This corporation is
It is a medical service organization that provides dental care in the Republic of Vanuatu and Khao Hagan Island in the Philippines.
JDM is represented by Dr. Munehisa Sawada, a dentist who is a member of the Funaba Rotary Club to which I belong.
It is a fairly active service group that goes to Vanuatu 2 or 3 times a year and Khao Hagan 3 or 4 times a year, and is organized with 10 to 15 members per team.
It’s been going on continuously for more than 20 years.

This time (one week from September 16), my daughter (a fourth year university student) volunteered for the medical service team. Simply, as a last memory of my student life…
I don’t think I participated in this event with the same feeling as I did at the time. However, when I read the report (submitted to JDM) on my return to Japan, I found
In my daughter’s case, she didn’t go to volunteer, she went to learn about life.

To quote a part of the report, “Khao Hagan is a small island about the size of a Koshien baseball stadium, with a population of about 450 people. There’s no such thing as a company.
People’s lives were as primitive as they could be, as close to self-sufficiency as possible. It’s “uncivilized” or “developing countries.
It was very peaceful and showed me that there is a different kind of happiness there.
The people were so alive and beautiful even when they weren’t wearing branded clothes, and the kids were so innocent.
He saw my name tag and remembered it, and when he saw my name, he called out my name repeatedly. If I met him on the street, he greeted me and broke some coconuts and shared them with me.
Unlike me, who doesn’t even bother to say hello to my boss on my day off and hides right away.
It felt like a very genuine and sustained interest in people. It’s because we’re a “stress society.
It seemed like a fundamental human beauty that I had traded for in the book, and the few days I spent on the island seemed like a lot of fun to interact with people.
What is happiness? I think it was a few days that made me think about what I want to do. Because happiness cannot be thought of in isolation from the world in which one lives, the
I don’t think Kahagan Island’s happiness is my happiness. Even so, before the “foil” that adorns you in terms of education, status, and the size of your company.
I felt that it was too bad that we, as human beings, were losing the awesomeness that we had…. And so on and so forth.

I was reminded of such an adage as “Let a pretty girl take a trip”.

プライベートな話2006/09/26

近畿国賀会

昨日２４日（日曜）、近畿国賀会の第４２回総会及び懇親会がホテル京阪京橋で開催された。昨年も書いたかと思うが、
この会は小生の出身地、島根県隠岐郡西ノ島町出身者の近畿地区在住者の親睦会である。所謂県人会の小型版であるが、
参加者は１６２名と中々の盛況であった。

毎年の事ながら郷里西ノ島町からは町長他町議会議長、商工会、観光協会、漁協など各種団体の偉いさんの多くが参加して下さる。
その上今年は、民謡「しげさ節」で日本一の栄冠に輝いた「しげさ会」のメンバーが来阪してくれ、素晴らしい隠岐民謡と踊りを披露してくれた。

懇親会は１２時?１５時までの３時間を予定していたが、それこそアッと云う間に終わった感じ。
懐かしく話をしたい人の顔がアチコチに見えるが、全般に気を使わなければならない主催者の立場としては一声掛けるのがやっとと云う感じで、
殆ど話すことも出来ず終わってしまった。

The 42nd general meeting and reception of the Kinki Kokaga Kai was held at the Hotel Keihan-Kyobashi on Sunday, 24th yesterday. I’m sure I wrote about this last year.
This meeting is a friendship group for people living in the Kinki area who are from Nishinoshima-cho, Oki-gun, Shimane Prefecture, where I am from. It is a small version of the prefectural association, but
It was a very successful event with 162 participants.

Although it is an annual thing, many of the great men of various organizations such as the town mayor and the chairman of the town council, the chamber of commerce and industry, the tourism association, and the fishing cooperative participate from the hometown Nishinoshima town.
In addition, this year, the members of the Shigesa-kai, which won the top prize in Japan for its folk song “Shigesa-bushi,” came to Osaka and performed a wonderful Oki folk song and dance.

The party was scheduled to last for three hours from 12:00 to 15:00, but it was over in no time at all.
You can see the faces of people you want to talk to nostalgically here and there, but as an organizer who has to take care of everything, you can barely call out to them.
I ended up with very little to say.
