Happy New Year to you! We look forward to seeing you again this year.

We were blessed with good weather on the first three days of the New Year. We had a long holiday from the 30th to the 6th at the end of the New Year, so we were able to spend our days in a relaxed manner, and we started our normal work on the 7th.

Therefore, my first blog is titled “New Year’s resolution” and I have to write it firmly, but I can’t take time because I’m busy with miscellaneous things. First of all, I will attach a manuscript to be published in the bulletin of the National Surveyors Cooperative Association, and then I will muddy the waters. No offense.

Next, I’ll attach the manuscript of the National Association of Surveyors’ Associations….

I’m proud to be a researcher.

Happy New Year to you!

We wish all of our members a great year ahead.

This year is the year of the boar, my seventh year in the industry, and it has been 48 years since I entered the industry at the age of 23. I think they just faced forward single-mindedly and moved forward with one mind. I’ve had my share of ups and downs, but I’ve managed to make it to this age.

In retrospect, the most difficult case for the industry during this period was the case of the Chief Commissioner of Land Names in 1975. What followed was the fury of the “no investigation” movement. Has there ever been a citizen’s movement so fierce in the past? The impact on the research industry was even greater than that of last year’s Typhoon No. 21.

However, our industry has survived. We must be vigilant in our reflection and not let the investigation lead to discrimination. With a strong belief that investigations that lead to discrimination will be eradicated, we established an association, formed a union, and pushed forward under the banner of “Do not discriminate against Buraku, do not accept it, and do not let it happen. As a result, I have become convinced that any investigation that would lead to real-life tribal discrimination has completely disappeared. However, some departments in the government do not see the reality of the situation, and are still issuing administrative guidance not to conduct personnel investigations on the grounds that they may lead to discrimination. It is very unfortunate.

Some people compare this industry to a ninja and insist that no matter what happens, it is better to just endure it with one character of shinobi, but this year is the year of the boar. We need to make more and more people aware of the usefulness of the research industry and that it is an indispensable job for smoothing the relationship between people and people, companies and companies, and people and companies, and for preventing problems from occurring. In order to do so, I believe that the union members need to work together and look forward to the future.

Although it is only a small part, I would like to work together with you to make your activities more positive. Thank you very much for your cooperation.
