 ビックリポン。何と、かの有名(弊社では・・)な、経歴詐称詐欺師の履歴書が、再度弊社に届いた。但し受件段階では、その事は判らず、通常とおり営業から調査課に書類は回され、担当となった調査員は、何時もの通り淡々と調査を進めた。

 調査結果は、採用不適当。学歴は全くのウソ。職歴も大半は詐称されていたが、最終勤務先だけは、勤務期間は違うが、在籍したことだけは間違いなかった。但し、在籍時に数百万円の横領を働き、解雇処分となっていた。しかも会社は、刑事告訴を検討中とのことであった。

 かの人物。以前にもこのブログで紹介したことがあるので、ご記憶しておられる方もあろうと思うが、「開成高校から東大法学部に学び、卒業と同時に通産省にキャリア採用され、すぐにハーバード大学法科大学院に国費留学。以後、スカウトで三菱商事、帝国ホテル、大阪ガスと転職し、最後は外務省の特別通訳をしている」との履歴書を某企業に提出した御仁。役員面接試験もOKとなり、採用直前に弊社に調査依頼があり、その結果、学歴も職歴も全て嘘、デタラメな履歴書である事が判明した御仁のことである。

 その御仁が、こともあろうに某中堅企業にこの度就職応募し、その御仁の調査依頼が、またまた弊社にあったという訳である。

 同一人物の履歴書ながら、二つの履歴書を照らし合わせると全く違う。同じなのは、氏名、生年月日、現住所のみ。履歴の中身は大方違う。従って、受件段階では同一人物とは思えなかった。従って、上記の通り、何時もの通り、調査を実施したわけである。

 同一人物と分かったのは、調査報告書があがってからの事。アレッ・・この人物、かの経歴詐称詐欺師ではないか・・・。そう思い、過去の受件台帳をめくってみたら、案の定という事であった。

 この御仁、東大法学部とハーバード大学法科大学院だけは自分の履歴からは外せないらしく、今回の履歴も、やはり、この2校はキッチリと書かれていた。ところが、後の学歴、職歴は全く違い、最後には数百万円の横領を働き、刑事告訴の被告人にならんとしているのである。

しかも、横領を働いた前職には、民間紹介会社の紹介で入社し、部長職で就業していたもの。前職は、本人申告(履歴書、東大法学部卒、ハーバード大学法科大学院修了)をそのまま信じ、採用調査も何もせず、部長職でキャリヤ採用した。ところが口ばかりで仕事は全くできず、半年以上もしてから、流石におかしい、と疑問を持ち、調査をしたらしい。すると、入社時の履歴書が全くデタラメデある事が判明。そこで、社内点検を行った結果、数百万円の横領が発覚したとのこと。

 推測するに、民間紹介会社の紹介でキャリヤ採用したという事は、紹介会社への紹介手数料は150万円は下らないと思う。しかも部長職で採用し、仕事はできないは、横領はするは・・。踏んだり蹴ったりとは、まさにこのこと。

 昔、「塀の中の懲りない面々」と題した本があった様に思うが、塀の中に入らなくても、懲りない面々は、何処にでも居るものなんだ。

 その事が判れば、厚労省も「採用調査は絶対にしないで下さい」などとの行政指導はしないであろうに・・。国民の汗の結晶である多額の税金を使い、汗水たらして行政指導を行う、懲りない面々がここにも居る。

This man had applied for a job at a certain medium-sized company, and our company was asked to investigate him again.

The same person’s resume, but the two resumes are completely different when compared against each other. The only thing that is the same is your name, date of birth, and current address. What’s in your history is largely different. Therefore, they did not appear to be the same person at the receiving stage. Therefore, as mentioned above, the survey was carried out as usual.

We didn’t know it was the same person until the investigation report came out. Well… this guy is some kind of background thief… Thinking so, I flipped through the past receipt ledger and found out that it was as expected.

This man couldn’t seem to exclude the University of Tokyo School of Law and Harvard Law School from his resume, and this time, too, these two schools were clearly written on his resume. However, they had completely different educational and professional backgrounds, and in the end, they embezzled millions of yen and tried to become the accused in the criminal complaint.

What’s more, the previous job where the embezzler worked was the one where he joined the company through the introduction of a private placement agency and worked as a department manager. At my previous job, I believed the person’s declaration (resume, University of Tokyo Law School graduate, Harvard Law School graduate) and hired the carrier as a department manager without any hiring survey. However, he was all talk and couldn’t do any work at all, so after more than half a year, he began to have doubts about what was wrong with him and investigated. Then, it turns out that my resume at the time of joining the company is completely bullshit. As a result of an internal inspection, it was discovered that several million yen had been embezzled.

If I had to guess, the fact that the carrier was hired through the introduction of a private placement agency means that the introduction fee to the placement agency would not be less than 1.5 million yen. What’s more, he was hired as a general manager, couldn’t do his job, and was guilty of embezzlement. Stepping and kicking is exactly what it is.

I think there used to be a book titled “The Unwinnable Inside the Fence”, and even if you don’t go inside the fence, there are unwinnable people everywhere.

If this were known, the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare would not give administrative guidance such as “Please do not conduct a recruitment survey”… Here, too, there are people who spend a large amount of taxpayer money, which is the fruit of the sweat of the people, and who sweat profusely to give administrative guidance.
