天神祭り
7月２４・25日は天神祭り。弊社は大阪天満宮にほど近いところにあり、毎年のことながら、この時期は天神祭りで賑わう。会社の前の道路は陸渡御の通り道。コンチキチン、コンチキチンと鉦を鳴らしながら祭り衣装に身を包んだ老若男女が列をなし通り過ぎる。神輿も何台か行き交う。所謂、陸渡御である。そして25日、本宮の今夕は船渡御。会社の南側に流れる大川、堂島川に提灯で飾り付けをした100隻もの船がが行き交う。そしてフィナーレは華麗な花火で盛り上げる。
日本三大祭りの一つだけあって、それは盛大で華麗なものである。かといって弊社は通常通り。特に何かの催しをする訳でもなく、淡々と業務をこなすのみである。
The 24th and 25th of July is Tenjin Festival. Our company is located close to Osaka Tenmangu Shrine, which is crowded with people at this time of the year for the Tenjin Festival. The road in front of the company is the path of Rikutogyo. Men and women of all ages, dressed in festival costumes, lined up and passed by, ringing gongs that rang “konchikitin” and “konchikitin. Some mikoshi (portable shrines) also come and go. It is called “Rikutogyo”. And on the 25th, this evening at the main shrine, we went on a boat trip. A hundred boats decorated with lanterns come and go on the Dojima River, a large river that flows on the south side of the company. And the finale is enlivened by spectacular fireworks.
There is only one of the three major festivals in Japan, and it is a grand and splendid one. However, we do business as usual. I don’t do any special events, but I just do my business indifferently.
