裁判情報は原則公開されているものですが、調査会社で実用レベルのデータベースに開発していくには相当な時間と労力を要します。採用調査を得意分野とする企業サービスでは２００３年から裁判情報、裁判データの収集に着手し高品質なアップデートを継続しています。いわゆる、他社の追随を許さない状態に達しています。
それらをAPIで提供できないかを模索してきましたが、なかなか踏み切れずにいます。
理由は２つあります。
まず、セキュリティ面の不安。どんなに強固な環境を整えたとしてもクラウド上に裁判データ・裁判情報を置くのは心配です。セキュリティホールは必ず存在し、それを突破してくる悪質なハッカーがいる限り躊躇せざるを得ない訳です。
もう１つは情報の絞り込み、照会の精度です。APIですからユーザーの操作または調査の品質によって裁判情報でヒットした人物が調査対象と一致するか否かの判断にバラつきが出ます。

実は我々プロでさえ難しい調査が裁判データのチェックなんです。

APIは自社サービスの価値を高めることができる便利なものですが、慎重に進める必要があると思っています。

API for Court Information

Although, in principle, court case information is open to the public, it takes a lot of time and effort for a research company to develop it into a practical database. KIGYOU SERVICEs, which specializes in recruitment surveys, has been collecting trial information and trial data since 2003 and continues to make high-quality updates to the database. We have reached a point where we are unrivaled in our field.
We have been looking for a way to provide them as an API, but we have not been able to do so.
There are two reasons for this.
First, we are worried about security. No matter how robust the environment is, we are worried about putting trial data and trial information in the cloud. There will always be security holes, and as long as there are malicious hackers who can break through them, we can’t help but hesitate.
Another thing is the accuracy of the information retrieval, because it is an API, the judgement as to whether or not the person found in the trial information matches the subject of the investigation will vary depending on the user’s operation and the quality of the investigation.

In fact, checking trial data is a difficult task even for us professionals.

APIs are useful for increasing the value of your service, but we think you need to proceed with caution.
