７月２７・２８・２９日と３日間、香里天風会の夏期特別研修会（修錬会）
が行なわれた。

５月中旬からその準備を始め、やっとその日を迎え、そして３日間事故なく無事に研修会を終えることが出来た。
しかも非常に充実した素晴らしい内容の修錬会ができた。誰もほめてくれないので自画自賛するしかないが、
私が経験した過去１６回の中では最も充実したものになったと思う。

正直、５月中旬から準備に入ったと云うものの時間ばかりが経過し、実際の準備は遅々として進まず、
結果的には準備不足のままスタートした。それだけに２７日の朝は可也不安を覚えていた。ところがドッコイである。

当初は定員５０名として計画していたが何時にも増して応募者が多く、結果的には５８名の多数となった。
それだけに準備不足の不安が募ったが、イザ蓋を開けてみると、参加者の気が増幅し、
準備の不足分を皆が自然とカバーしようと自主的に動く事となり、かえって準備不足がプラスに転じ、
結果的に気の充実した内容のある研修会になった。

まさに心身統一法を地で行く結果となった。

「我は今、力と勇気と信念とを持ってよみがえり、新しき元気を持って、
正しい人間としての本領の発揮とその本分の実践に向わんとするのである。我はまた我が日日の仕事に溢るる熱性をもって赴く、
我はまた喜びと感謝に満たされて進み行かん・・・・」、これは「よみがえりの誦句」の一節であるが、今まさにこの心境である。

We started to prepare for the workshop in the middle of May, and finally we were able to meet the day and finish the workshop for three days without any accidents.
Moreover, it was a very fulfilling and wonderful training session. I can only praise myself because no one has praised me, but
I think it has been the most fulfilling of the past 16 I have experienced.

To be honest, although we started the preparations in the middle of May, time has passed and the actual preparations have not progressed very slowly.
As it turns out, we started out unprepared. That’s why on the morning of the 27th, I felt quite uneasy. However, it is amazing.

The original plan was to have a capacity of 50 people, but there were more applicants than ever before, and as a result, the number of applicants was 58.
The lack of preparation made us anxious, but when we opened the door, the participants’ spirits were amplified.
The lack of preparation turned out to be a positive factor, as everyone naturally moved voluntarily to cover the lack of preparation.
As a result, the training session was very satisfying.

It was the result of the unification of mind and body on the ground.

“I now rise with strength, courage and conviction, with new vigor.
We will strive to demonstrate our true nature as a righteous human being and to practice our true nature. I also go there with all the fervor of my day’s work.
I will go on, filled with joy and gratitude…”, this is a passage from the “Resurrection Chant”, and this is exactly how I feel right now.

公私共に超多忙。先週末は例によって東京で「全国調査業協会連合会」の理事会があり出張。
同時に、７月１日に東京支社を千代田区一番町に移した事もあり、
麹町署へ探偵業の届出を行ってきた。その他、東京都下のクライアントを表敬訪問。夜は関係する鮨江戸時代で会食。築地店、麹町店と鮨屋を梯子し、ホテルに入るバタンキュー。
折角の東京出張なのに娘には会ってもらえず、彼女に振られるよりも倍はこたえる。そのショックもあってか今ひとつ体調が優れない。ところが、
大阪に帰るや直ぐに天風会の行事と近畿国賀会（隠岐の西ノ島町出郷者の会）
の準備が重なり、これも掛け持ちで梯子。その上、何故か有り難い事に仕事が超多忙状態。そんなこんなで先週はブログも書けず、
鬼部長から冷たい目で睨まれる始末。やらなければいけないことは山積しているが、何故かこの歳になると忍耐力がなくなって来る。所謂、
じっくりと同じ事をするのが非常に苦手になってくる、困ったものである。

話は変るが今週末は香里天風会の夏期特別研修会（修錬会）が開催される。２７・２８・２９日と３日間、朝８時から夕方５時まで、
みっちりと修錬する。敢えて真夏の一番暑い日を選んで行うのである。しかも、今年は立ち退き問題があり、現道場での修錬会は最後に成るため、
香里を懐かしむ全国の香里天風会フアンがわんさと押しかけ、５０名定員にも関わらず、実際は可也オーバーしている。有り難い事であるが、
３０畳の道場に５０名を越えると少し厳しいものがある。クーラーなどは全く使わず、猛暑の中、３０畳の道場に５０余名が肩と膝をつき合わせ、
半跏趺坐で座り続けるのである。ところが不思議なことに、暑いことや狭いことに文句をいう人は毎年１人もいない。寧ろ、喜んでいる。所謂、
気の持ちようである。「心頭滅却すれば」とまでは言わないが、
少なくとも場の雰囲気がそうさせるのである。

何れにしても事故がないよう準備を万端整えなければならない。指導の先生のお言葉をかりれば「修錬会は準備が８割、
準備さえバッチリできれば上手く行くこと間違いなし」とのこと。それだけに何かと準備には気を使う。
ところが本番は頑張るが準備は今ひとつというのが普通である。企業であれば命令もできるが同好会は自主性に任せるしかない。
「骨が折れますね、松谷（山下）さん」「ハイ、折れてしまいました・・・」。

The preparations for this event overlapped, and this is also a ladder by hanging up. On top of that, I’m thankfully very busy with my work. And so I couldn’t write a blog last week.
He was given a cold stare by the head of the Oni Department. I have a lot of work to do, but for some reason, at this age, I’m running out of patience. so to speak.
It’s troubling to do the same thing so slowly that it becomes very difficult to do.

This weekend, the Kori Tenpukai will hold a special summer training session (Shurenkai) from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on the 27th, 28th and 29th of this month.
Train them thoroughly. I dared to choose the hottest day of midsummer to do it. Moreover, there is an eviction problem this year, so the Shurenkai at the current dojo will be the last one.
The number of Kori Tenpukai fans from all over the country who miss Kori is overwhelming, despite the capacity of 50 people. I’m grateful to you.
It’s a little tough when there are more than 50 people in a 30-mat dojo. More than 50 people were knee-to-knee in a 30 tatami mats dojo with no air-conditioning at all in the heat.
They continue to sit in the half-lotus position. Strangely enough, however, not a single person complains about the heat or crampedness of the place every year. In fact, I’m glad I did. so to speak.
It’s how you feel. I’m not going to go so far as to say, “If you destroy their minds.
At least the atmosphere of the place makes it so.

In any case, we have to be fully prepared so that there are no accidents. In the words of my instructor, “Shurenkai is 80% about preparation.
As long as you’re well prepared, you’re sure to do well. That’s why we have to be careful about preparation.
However, it is common for people to do their best in the actual event but to be poorly prepared. If you are a company, you can give orders, but in a club, you have to leave it to your own devices.
