探偵業新法セミナー

明日１１月２３日は勤労感謝の日、にも係わらず東京出張の予定。

虎ノ門パストラルホテルにて、探偵業法成立に大きく貢献した衆議院議員葉梨康弘先生の特別セミナーに出席する為である。

探偵業新法は、今年６月議員立法にて成立した法律であり、正直かなり荒っぽいものである。そこで、
業法成立の為のワーキングチームの事務局長を務めておられた葉梨議員がこの度、探偵業新法の解説書を出版することとなり、
その出版記念特別セミナーを開催するという訳である。

セミナーは１３時３０分?１８時までと４時間半と長時間に及ぶものであるが、
それだけに内容のある確りとした話が聞けるものと楽しみにしている。

We are holding a special seminar to celebrate the publication of the book.

The seminar lasted for four and a half hours, from 13:30 to 18:00.
Therefore, I am looking forward to hearing a solid story with content.

プライベートな話2006/11/21

我が家のテレビ

我が家のテレビは2代目である。１０数年前に初代の１８インチから跡目相続して以来、
キッチンと居間の間にドデカイ顔で主の如く鎮座している。

ところがよる歳波には勝てず３ヶ月程前からかなり体力が弱り、ボケ症状も出てきて中々いうことをきかない。
スイッチを入れて暫くすると先ず横に一線光を成す、それから徐々に波のような波紋が広がり微かに画面らしきものが見えてくる。
寝起きが良い時はそのまま鮮明な画面になり声も発するが、少し機嫌が悪いと下半分だけがまともで上半分は３倍位に間延びしている。
各局の美人アナもかたなしである。

そこで目覚まし代わりに頭をポンと軽く叩く、するとビックリして正気になる。そんな状態が１ヶ月ほど続いていたが、
それ以後急激にボケが進み、最近では縦、横、斜め、と強烈なパンチを喰らわせないとダメ。
一端正気になっていても一寸した事でまたボケ症状がでる。

そこで可哀想には思うがその度毎に強烈な刺激を与え叱咤激励ししなければならない。そんな姿をみるに耐えないのか、子供は、
「いい加減にお役を解き３代目をたてろ」と矢の催促である。ところが１０数年も生活を共にして来た戦友である、
愛着があって中々その気になれない。

何とか今年いっぱいはもたせたいと願っている今日この頃である。

人事調査、採用調査ＮＯ２

先週の続き。

既に述べた通り、個人情報保護の流れから、人事調査（採用調査、
雇用調査）は非常に難しくなっているが、かと云って「難しいから出来ません」では商売にならない。寧ろ、
「難しいからお願いしているのだ」というのがお客様の本音であろう。

そこで、調査員は「応えてくれない先から如何に聞き出すか・・」、これが最大の課題であり、所謂、取材力・
調査力が問われることとなる。とは云っても会社方針で、「個人の事は本人承諾なくしては一切応えてはならない」と規定しているところが有り、
そんな先に、個人情報保護法の解釈を説いてみても始まらないし、平身低頭でお願いしても始まらない。如何にして、
調査取材と思われない感じで聞き出すか・・である、これには相当のテクニックがいる。

そこで、「そのテクニックとは・・・」と書きたいところだが、　”それを書いちゃーおしまいだよ！”
と弊社の鬼部長が横目で睨んでいるので書くにかけない。誠に申し訳なく思いますが・・・トホホ。

調査録2006/11/10

人事調査、採用調査

弊社は、
取扱い業務の8割強が人事調査で内6割強が採用調査である。
ところが最近この採用調査が可也やりつらくなっている。原因は色々考えられるが一番の原因は個人情報保護法の施行によるものである。
過去何回かこのブログにも書いたかと思うが、人の関することについては個人情報保護を理由に、学校、企業、
官公庁の多くが応じなくなっている。

採用調査は、応募者の提出した履歴書を基に、その履歴確認からはじまり過去10年位を目途に、
前職での勤怠状況や退職理由、職務能力や責任性などを総合的に調査し報告するものであるが、最近はその取材が非常に困難になってきている。
理由は前述の通り個人情報を理由に取材に応じてくれないためである。

次の予定があり時間切れ、続きは次週に・・・

バラ園と麻雀

弊社の直ぐ南側は昔デートスポットとして知られた中ノ島公園である。
最近はリニューアルされた大阪公会堂とバラ園で知られているが余り若いカップルの姿は見かけられず、寧ろ壮年、
熟年世代のゆったりとしたカップルと中年パワーむんむんのおばちゃん集団で賑わっている。

今日の昼時、秋晴れの清清しさに誘われてフラッと中ノ島のバラ園に足が向いた。
秋のバラは春の豪華さとは少し趣が違い何となく侘びしさが感じられる。
そんなバラを眺めながら難波橋から天神橋方面へとぼとぼと歩いていると、目に入って来たのが青テント、
天神橋の高架下は一寸した集落になっている。

バラ園とは余りにも似つかわしくない風景であるがこれも現実。その小集落を横目にＵターンして帰ろうとすると、
青テントのそばからジャラジャラと何かをかき回すような音が聞こえる。アレッ何かなと音のする方に目を向けると、
何と青テントの住人がみかん箱を台座に４人打マージャンに興じているではないか。昼日中からバラ園を横目にマージャンである。
何とも優雅と云うか太平と云うか、一寸したカルチャーショックを覚えた昼のひと時であった。人生って・・・♪

To the south of our company is Nakanoshima Park, which used to be known as a dating spot.

At noon today, I went to the rose garden in Nakanoshima with the clear autumn weather.
Fall roses are a little different from the gorgeousness of spring, and somehow I feel a sense of wabi-sabi.
As I walked slowly towards Tenjinbashi from Namba Bridge while looking at such roses, I saw a blue tent.
The area under the elevated Tenjinbashi Bridge has become a small village.

The scenery is not very similar to a rose garden, but this is also the reality. When I was about to make a U-turn to go home, I saw a small village on the side.
From the side of the blue tent came a jittery, stirring sound of something. I turned my attention to the sound of something.
A resident of the blue tent was playing four-person mahjong with a box of mandarin oranges on a pedestal. We played mah-jongg at the rose garden in the middle of the day.
It was a moment in the afternoon when I felt a bit of culture shock. Life is…♪
