近畿国賀会と鮨江戸時代

昨日、近畿国賀会の第４１回総会が大阪の南で開催された。

近畿国賀会とは、日本海に浮かぶ孤島、隠岐の島（島根県）の島前地区（隠岐は大きく分けて島前、島後の２つに分けられる）
当たる西ノ島町出身者の近畿在住者の親睦会である。私は昨年よりこの会の会長を仰せつかっているが、これが思ったよりも大変。
オール手作りの会で、毎年の事とは言いながら当日の会場設営は勿論、その準備及び準備の為の打ち合わせなど、
当日にこじつけるまでが中々である。

こうした会の世話役を務める人には正直頭が下がる思いである。決して出しゃばること無く、肩を張ることなく、
皆が郷里を懐かしんで喜々として手伝って呉れる。同郷の士の結束を味わえる喜びのひと時である。

昨日の総会は、出席者１６０名。昨年は４０回記念総会という事もあり２５０名強の大人数であったが今年は数的には少し淋しかった。
しかし、座の盛り上がりは昨年に勝るとも劣らない賑やかなもので、出席者の皆から、「中々よかった」との言葉を頂くことができ、
主催者としての喜びを味わうことができた。

今日は昼から東京出張。得意先への挨拶周りも兼ねてであるが、知人が今日、東京の麹町で鮨屋を開店する為のお祝いが一番の目的である。
場所は、麹町４?３?９（メトロ麹町駅から徒歩１分）、屋号は
「鮨　江戸時代」。10坪程の小さな店であるが、安くて美味しい鮨をとことん追求した店である。
私も店作りには計画段階から関わっており、ひとごとでなく、大いに期待している。そして、
来年３月には赤坂見付の駅前で「鮨　江戸時代」
２号店のオープンを予定し、
最終的には鮨屋の上場を目指しているのである。

Yesterday, the 41st general meeting of the Kinki Kokaga Kai was held in the south of Osaka.

Everyone looks back on their hometown and is happy to help out. It is a joyful moment to taste the unity of the people of our hometown.

Yesterday’s general meeting was attended by 160 people. Last year, there were more than 250 people because of the 40th Anniversary General Assembly, but this year, it was a little lonely in terms of numbers.
However, the turnout was as lively as last year’s, and all the attendees commented that it was a very good event.
I had the pleasure of being the organizer.

I’m on a business trip to Tokyo from noon today. The main purpose of my visit was to celebrate the opening of a sushi restaurant in Kojimachi, Tokyo, by an acquaintance of mine.

Sushi Edo-era is a small shop with a floor space of only 2.5 square meters, but it is a place that pursues cheap and delicious sushi.

偽探偵

新聞やテレビ報道によると、「自称探偵に不倫相手の妻の殺人を某女性が依頼し、数回に亙り調査名目で支払ったお金が計１，５００万円。
ところがこの依頼主の女性、何を考えているのか、依頼した探偵に疑念を持ち警察に「もしかしたら自分は探偵に騙されているのでは・・？」
と相談、そこで御用となったとか。ことは殺人である、笑うに笑えないがやはり笑ってしまう。

今の日本では、探偵業は全くの自由参入業で、何時でも何処でも誰でも、すぐに探偵になれる。要するに自分が探偵と云えば探偵である。
調査力も何もない全くの素人が探偵事務所を何時でも開業することが出来るのだ。その為、全くの素人探偵（偽探偵）が横行し、
詐欺事件や依頼者泣かせの問題を起こしているケースが非常に多くなっている。

そうした事から、業者の間では以前から業法制定を願う声が多くあった。ところが主務官庁である公安委員会（警察庁）の腰は重く、
過去何度か制定に向けての動きはあったものの陽の目を見ることはなかった。ところが今年の初め頃から、業者の強い要望もあって、
議員立法でとの動きがあり、今秋の国会に上程されるのでは？との話がある。今回のような事件が起きるに至っては、
幾ら腰の重い行政でも少しは真剣に考えざるを得ないのでは。

個人情報保護と戸籍住民票

ブログが書けないというほど多忙でもないが、ついつい日々の雑事にかまけ伸び伸びになってしまっている。反省頻りというところです。

先々週は東京で、植村鞆音氏の「直木三十五伝」の出版記念パーテイーに参加する機会に恵まれた。東京會舘で開催されたが、
文壇のそうそうたるメンバーが顔を揃えており、緊張と同時にその場に居ることの幸せを噛みしめたひと時であった。冒頭の挨拶が城山三郎、
2番手が丸谷才一。とにかく面白かった、丸谷さんの仕種には呆気に取られた。全く気取がなく自由奔放というか子供のようと云うか、
とにかくその人となりに度肝を抜かれた感じであった。早速帰阪するや図書館に直行、丸谷才一の本を借りたのはいうまでもない。

それにしても小泉自民党の圧勝には驚いた・・。前評判で自民党有利とは云われていたがここまでとは。
昨日は自民党圧勝を好感して株価も大分上がったとか。何れにしても安定政権を確保したからには、
確りと足を地に着けて国家100年の計に立った政治をして欲しいものだ。

戸籍法や住民基本台帳法の一部改正や運用規定の改正が一部で囁かれているが、
少なくとも圧力団体の言いなりに改正するような愚行は避けて欲しいものだ。戸籍や住民票が本人、
親族以外に取れなくすることを考えているようであるが、もしそんな事になったら、
今問題になっている個人情報保護法と相俟って真の詐欺師天国が建設される事でしょう。結婚詐欺はし放題、嘘はつき放題、
何か都合が悪くなれば逃げればよい（先ずつかまる事はないでしょう）、
私.松谷廣信が明日から名前を変えて川端靖で生きることもそう難しくなさそうだ。
権利だけを主張し義務を負をとしない日本人が益々増えていくことになりはしないか・・。

今、我が社で実施している中途の採用調査（雇用調査）では全体の３０?４０％に職歴詐称が判明する。
従って職務経歴書の詐称は何をかいわんやである。しかし、最近の個人情報保護のながれからすると近い将来、職務経歴は勿論職歴、
学歴の確認も殆ど出来なくなるかもしれない。

今、企業の特徴的傾向は、採用予定者の経歴が正しいのか否か？、職務経歴は申告通りか否か？、
自分らでは殆ど出来ないので調査会社に確りと調べてくれと依頼する・・・。
ところが自社の社員情報は個人情報保護を理由に如何なる問い合わせにも応じない。利己主義の最たるものだ・・・。
もう少し社会全体の利益を考えて欲しいものだと思う。
