Background check (hiring survey)

We conducted a survey of a 41-year-old candidate for the position of section chief in the finance and accounting department, requesting confirmation of his declaration history and job performance. He graduated from a top-notch university and worked for 18 years at a financial company, where he was the head of the finance department. Although he declared that he had resigned due to family circumstances, he had actually only worked there for half a year about 10 years ago and had changed jobs every few months. He did not have the track record or ability to hold the position of section chief and was not worthy of trust.

No matter the screening, we perform our investigations with consideration to all civil liberties. Screenings involving discrimination against certain groups and communities will not be accepted. Cases that may be connected to stalking or other criminal activity will also be rejected.
