I hate the heat and I hate the cold (lol), which is why it\u2019s been so long, but I felt great after jumping.<\/p>\r\n
I\u2019m 58 years old, so my goal is my age plus one jump.<\/p>\r\n
Today I managed 37 jumps (^_^;)<\/p>\r\n
With this form and rhythm, this is as far as I can go. I\u2019ll keep working on improving my technique and training so I can reach my goal of 59 consecutive jumps by summer (by the end of June).<\/p>\r\n
