Our Chairman, Hironobu Matsutani, has passed away.<\/h3>\n

On the morning of November 10, 2021, our company’s founder and chairman, Hironobu Matsutani, passed away.<\/p>\n

He was 73 years old.<\/p>\n

He started his own business in 1979 at the age of 32, and developed the company for 42 years by focusing solely on the research business.<\/p>\n

He was an entrepreneur from the Self-Defense Forces. I think it was rare in the Showa era.
He was a passionate entrepreneur who continued to contribute to society through a wide range of activities, including the Survey Industry Association, Tenpukai, Rotary Club, and Shimane Kenjin Kai.<\/p>\n

In 2014, Matsutani’s personal donation built an elementary school in the village of Tasaeng, Battambang Province, Cambodia, but he did not like to link to it from his company’s website because “it was something he did personally.

I have learned far too much in the 28 and a half years since I was 25.
Part of the teaching is work. He was a great influence on my life, including my mind and how I should be to my children as a parent.
Thirty-nine and a half hours before he passed away, I received a phone call from his hospital room, and the content of the conversation was that he was worried about one of his employees and suggested improvements.
Even though he was having a hard time breathing for the two weeks he was in the hospital.<\/p>\n

No anger, no fear, no sadness.<\/p>\n
