In elementary school, arts and crafts was my favorite subject, but art in middle school is unpopular and has the biggest drop in all subjects.<\/p>\n

Update your thinking back to “13.<\/p>\n

This was very similar to my thoughts.<\/p>\n

I would enjoy kindergarten and elementary school and time with my friends and teachers and I would look forward to Monday on the weekends, but before I knew it, I would become an adult who complained and blamed others.
When you enter the workforce, the symptoms are even worse and you look forward to the holidays.
I think there is an abundance of people who only work (and can’t work) for the sake of their lives (paycheck).<\/p>\n

But I believe we can turn it back around.<\/p>\n

A company that makes me look forward to Monday.
A company where the time passes like it’s playing.<\/p>\n

We can make it a company where all employees feel that way.
We can find our own challenges, tackle them with our own strength, and in the midst of that, we and our friends grow.<\/p>\n
