マスコミ報道によると、認知症の症状がある入院患者の爪を、こともあろうに看護助手が剥がし、逮捕されたと云う。爪を剥がすなどと云う行為は、拷問の中の拷問であり、聞いただけでゾッとするが、それが病気治療の為に入院している病院で行われていたと言う。何とも惨い話しであるが、どうも事実の様である。

　しかも、この事件を起こした看護助手、過去にも同様の事件を起こし、３年８ケ月の実刑判決を受けた御仁とか。ここに至っては空いた口が塞がらないと云うか・・・全くもってである。

　ここで小生が何が云いたいか、判る人は分かり、「もうろくしたでも有るまいに、同じことを何度も云うな・・・」とお叱りを受けるかも知れないが、それでも云わずにおれないのだ！！。

　この看護助手を雇っていた病院長は、「履歴書には過去の事件については記載が無く、採用について問題ないと判断した」としている、とのこと。

　被害者に対し、病院側が今後どのように対処するかは判らないが、今日のマスコミ報道を見る限りでは、病院の採用システムを問題視し、杜撰な採用を糾弾する様な内容の記事は目にしない。

　誰もが気付いている事と思うが、今のマスコミは、この杜撰な採用を批判する思想を持たない。厚生労働省しかり、人権団体しかり。それはそうでしょう、「採用時の調査は差別につながるおそれがあるので、してはいけない」と１０年一日の如く一貫して指導し、大声で叫んで来たのだから、いまさら「採用に際しては、経歴を確り確認し、公正な採用に務めましょう・・・」などとはとても云えまい。

　人権をうたって、命に関わるような人権が侵されてしまった。数ヶ月前にもトレーラーが小学生の集団登校の列にノーブレーキで突っ込み、尊い子供の命が奪われた事件があったが、このケースも全く同様で、この運転手も過去に同様の事件を起こしていた。また、数年前ではあるが塾講師が生徒を殺すという惨い事件があったが、この講師も素行不良で過去問題視されていた人物であった。

　こうした事件を回避するには、採用時に応募者の経歴チェックをする以外に方法は無いが、今の日本は「採用調査」に対し極めて否定的である。いかなる力が働いてこんな事になっているのか知らないが、厚生労働省などは話し合いをしようともしない。ただ一方的に行政指導の名の下に、通達するのみである。

　これがアメリカだと、ノーチェックで採用し、このような事件を起こした会社は、２度と立ち上がれないくらいのペナルティーを受けるが、日本では、会社の「使用者責任」を追及しようとする姿勢は少ない。会社は「採用法が甘かった・・・」等と２・３回頭を下げれば、それ以上マスコミも警察も追及しようとはしない。同じことが繰り返されているにも関わらず・・・。

　資本の三原則、「人、物、金」などは中学生の頃に学ぶ、社会の常識であり、中でも企業の命運を左右するのは人である。ところが、その人を採用するのに、「如何なる人物か調査してはいけない」等と、日本の人権論者はのたまうのである。結果、このような痛ましい人権侵害が起こっているにも関わらず・・・・。

　もう少し皆で考えてみようではありませんか・・・・？。

I don’t know what forces are at work in this situation, but the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare and others are not willing to talk about it. It can only unilaterally pass the word in the name of administrative guidance.

In the U.S., a company that hires without a check and causes such an incident is penalized to the point of never being able to stand up again, but in Japan, there is little willingness to pursue “employer responsibility” for the company. As long as the company bows its head two or three times saying, “The hiring law was lax…”, neither the media nor the police will pursue it any further. Even though the same thing is being repeated…

The three principles of capital, “people, goods, and money”, are common sense in society, which we learn in junior high school, and among them, people determine the fate of a company. However, the Japanese human rights theorists insist that we should not investigate what kind of person he or she is when we hire him or her. 　お盆に帰省してきた。

　隠岐は絵の島華の島・・・、西の島前、東の島後・・・、北前船の帆が揺れる・・・♪♪。そう、小生の田舎は隠岐の島。なかでも北前船の風待港として、江戸から明治に掛けては最も栄えていた、「大山」の出身である。

　大山と云ってもいささか広く、集落は、北の方と南の方（ナーノホウ）に二つに別れ、我輩はナーノホーの中心部に位置する鳥居さんの少し南にて産まれた。

　家は既になく、敷地は竹やぶに覆われ、隣家との境界もおぼつかなくなっているが、我が家の隣は「ラーゲリーからの遺書」の主人公、山本幡雄氏が生まれ育った所である。「それがどうした・・」と云われれば困るが、そうなのである。

　毎年何かの用事で帰省はしているが、お盆にノンビリと帰ったのは３年振りか？。以前にもこのブログで書いたことがあるが、お盆の夕方墓参りに行くと、それはそれは大変である。彼方此方から、「いつ帰らっしゃんしたかの・・」「いつまでござっかの・・」等など、声が掛かり、その度にひと言二言、言葉を交わしていると中々家路につかない。女房子供は呆れ顔であるが、それが何とも云えない帰郷の良さである。

　そんなこんなで３泊４日、久しぶりにノンビリとした田舎を満喫してきた。

友人の別荘でバーベキューの準備。　この御仁、中学の同級生であるが、妻子を松江に置き、一人隠岐に別荘を造り壮春を謳歌している。ヨットハウス、トレーラーハウス、キャンピグカーハウス、カラオケハウスと手作りで４棟を建て（設置）、２０人は宿泊OKと豪語している。

新仏の舟に同乗させてもらい、仏壇に供えた物の一部を流すのが普通であるが、船出に間に合わなかったため、簡単なボール箱舟を作り流したところ・・・・、何とも素朴で味がある

牧畑で草食む牛、　冬季以外は牧畑で放し飼いにしていてOK、子供も自力で産み、自然の中でそのまま育てる。子牛は母親の傍を離れることがないので誰の子供か一目瞭然とか

 

同じく巻畑で放し飼いされている馬・・・、廣太郎は馬を見るのは初めて、興味深深の様子・・・。馬は年中放し飼い、冬場でも雪を掻き分け草を食むらしい

I went back to my home town for Obon.

Oki is the island of the picture, the island of Hana-no-Island, the island of the west, the island of the east, the island of the east, the sail of the Kitamae ship sways…Â Yes, my countryside is the Oki Islands. The house is already gone, the site is covered with bamboo fences, and the boundary with the neighboring house is not so clear. It would be embarrassing to be told, “What about it?”, but it is so.

I go back to Japan every year for some business, but it’s been three years since I went back to Japan for Obon. I’ve written about it before on this blog, but going to visit a grave in the evening of Obon is quite a challenge. Whenever I heard a word or two, I couldn’t help but go home. The wife and child were stunned, but that was the beauty of returning home.

And so we spent four days and three nights enjoying a relaxing country life for the first time in a long time.

They have built (installed) four buildings by hand, including a yacht house, a trailer house, a camping car house, and a karaoke house, and they claim to be able to accommodate 20 people.

The next morning, when the shala boat of the Great Mountains is about to be floated, it is an event that the new Buddha is put on the boat and floated from the sea…

It is usual to pour out a part of the things offered to the Buddhist altar in the boat of the new Buddha, but we couldn’t get out in time, so we made a simple ball-box boat and poured it out… It is very simple and tasteful!

The cow that eats grass in the pasture field, it is kept free in the pasture field except in winter, and it is OK, and the child also gives birth by itself and raises it as it is in nature. A calf never leaves its mother’s side, so it’s easy to tell whose child it is.

It is the first time for Kotaro to see a horse, and he is very interested in it. Horses are free-ranging all year round, and even in winter, they shovel snow and graze.

我が家に廣太郎が来て早や６ケ月、今では一家の主的な存在で、我が物顔で各部屋を行き来し、内も外もなく庭と室を自由に出入りし、捕まえようとすると逃げ回り、知らぬ顔をするとちょっかいを掛けて来る。全く持って自由奔放、気ままなものである。廣太郎を見ていると「私は犬になりたい」的な心境になる。

先ずはご覧あれ。生後７ケ月半、人間に換算すると小学校４・５年らしい。この愛らしい顔で小生が帰宅するや否や全力で飛び掛ってくる・・・、とにかく恥じも外聞も無く、全身で喜びを表す。その姿を見ると仕事の疲れも悩みも一瞬に吹き飛んで仕舞う・・・・

最近は戸を開けることを覚えた、１センチほどの隙間があれば、そこに前足を突っ込み横に開ける、もしかして天才かも・・・・？、見ただけで賢さが判るでしょう・・・・

 

明日からお盆休み、久しぶりに隠岐へ帰ろうと思う。バンザーイ

今週は超多忙。明日から東京で中々パソコンに向かう時間が取れない。先週金曜から日曜まで３日間は香里の修練会（天風会の）でした。

50名のところ65名の参加があり、嬉しい悲鳴でした。猛暑の中すし詰め状態でしたが、
それなりに活気のある良い修練会になりました。

今週は税務署さんが来てくれており、何かと大変でした。
