通勤電車での出来事。

　今朝、何時もの電車に何時ものように乗車。何時も入り口付近は込み合うため、
車両の中央付近に立つよう努めており、今日もほぼ中央に立ち、何時ものように詰め碁の本を手に、沈思黙考（下手な考え休みに似たり）。所謂、
小生の月曜から金曜までの、何時に変わらぬ最近の通勤風景である。

　何時もは、そのまま「なには橋」駅まで、と云うのが普通であるが、
今朝は２つ目の駅で、私の前に座っていた男性２人が降車、２人分の席が空いた。途端に私の横に立っていた２０代の青年が素早く座った。
ここまでは何でもない極々普通のシーンである。ところが、この青年、２人座っていた席のセンター部分にドカンと一人座り、
一心に本を読み始める。アレッ何で、２人座っていた席に一人で、と思ったが、この青年、何の違和感もなくごく自然体で本に読みふけっている。
その本を横目に見ると、道徳か倫理か哲学書かよく分からないが、何れにしても「人の道」を説いた本である。

「最近の若い者は・・・」などと云いたくは無いが、行動が伴わないのでは・・・、
余り勉強しても意味が無いのでは。

 

An incident on a commuter train.

This morning, I boarded my usual train as usual. The area near the entrance is always crowded, so
I try to stand near the center of the carriage, and today I stand almost in the center of the carriage, as usual, with a book of Jumgo in my hand and in deep contemplation (similar to a poorly thought-out break). so to speak.

So far, it’s just an ordinary scene. However, this young man sat down in the center of the seat where two people were sitting, and
He began to read the book wholeheartedly. I wondered why he was sitting alone in the seat where the two of us were sitting, but this young man was reading without any sense of discomfort and in a very natural manner.
Looking sideways at the book, I’m not sure if it’s a moral, ethical, or philosophical book, but either way, it’s a book that preaches “the way of man”.

I don’t want to say, “Young people these days…” but if it doesn’t involve action…
There’s no point in studying too much, is there?

 「松ちゃんのブログ、最近天風会と郷里の事ばっかしやな・・？」、「もう少し業界や仕事の事を書けよ・・！」、こんな有り難い忠告をしてくれる友が居る。

　自分でもその通りだと思う。ところが業界や仕事の事を書くと、書いている最中に段々腹が立ってきて、言わずもがでなの事まで言ってしまい、アップした後で、また遣ってしもた・・・などと落ち込む事がある。其れに比べ、趣味や田舎の事は気楽のものである。で、ついつい・・・。

　やすきに流れるは・・との反省から、友の忠告を受け、今日は少し業界についての私見を書いてみようかと思う。言葉が過ぎればゴメン・・・。

　探偵業法が施行され今年6月でまる3年を経過。新しく施行された法律は3年を経た後に見直しを検討する、とう云うのが一般的であり、この業法にも、その様な記述がある。ところが、見直しが成されたと云う話しは全く聞こえてこない。何故なのか？、「業界から見直しの要望が上がっていないから・・・」、多分にそんな事では無いかと思う。

　この業法は議員立法であり、極めて荒削りな法律のように思う。また、運用面でも実情に合わないものが多分にあるが、その事についての改善も殆ど手がつけられないままほったらかされている様に思う。

　ところが業界団体は何らの動きもしない。経済的には、政府の緊急融資対象業種からも外され、政府系の保証協会も保証外で、幾ら保証金を積もうが保証はして貰えない。あげくの上、業種そのものが反社会的な存在のように扱われ、蔑視されているのが実情である。

　にも係わらず業界人や業界団体は殆ど声を上げようとしない。業界人が声を上げるのは、業界の悪口と団体攻撃が主流で、他を批判する事によって自分の処の信頼を得ようとする様な者が大半ではなかろうか。実に情けなく思うが内実はそうである。

　そこで提言したい。いい加減に業界はまとまりませんか・・・。嫌と云う程、離合集散を繰り返したのですから。そして業界人による業界人の為の業界活動ができる体制を作ろうではありませんか。

Matsu-chan’s blog has been all about the Tenpukai and his hometown lately, hasn’t it? “Why don’t you write a little more about the industry and your job…! I have a friend who gives me such good advice.

I think that’s true for me too. However, when I write about the industry or my work, I get increasingly angry while I’m writing, and I even say things that I don’t need to say, and after I upload my work, I sometimes feel depressed that I’ve done it again… In comparison, hobbies and country things are easygoing. And it just so happens that…

I would like to write a little personal opinion about the industry today, based on my friend’s advice. I’m sorry if that’s too much to say…

In June of this year, three years have passed since the Detective Business Act came into effect. It is a common practice that newly enacted laws will be reviewed after three years, and this business law also says so. However, I haven’t heard any mention that the review has been done. Why is that? I think it’s probably not because there are no requests from the industry for a review.

This business law is parliamentary legislation and seems to me to be an extremely crude piece of legislation. Also, some of the operational aspects of the system do not match the actual situation, but it seems to me that the system is neglected with almost no improvement being made.

However, industry groups have not taken any action. Economically, we were removed from the government’s emergency loan target industry, and the government’s guarantee association was not guaranteed, so no matter how much money we put up, we could not be guaranteed. On top of that, the industry itself is treated as if it were an anti-social entity, and the reality is that it is looked down upon with contempt.

Nevertheless, few industry people and organizations are willing to raise their voices. Most of the people in the industry speak out against the industry and attack groups, and most of them try to earn their own trust by criticizing others. I feel really sorry for them, but the truth is that they are.

Therefore, I would like to make a proposal. Can’t the industry get together enough? We had to separate and disperse as much as we wanted to. And let’s create a system that allows industry activities by industry people for industry people.

近畿島根県人会で隠岐ツアー。

今週・日・月・火と３日間、近畿島根県人会が企画した隠岐ツアーに参加。僅か２泊３日の小旅行であったが内容、見所共にムチャ豊富で、楽しい楽しい３日間であった。と云うのが、小生隠岐の出身ではあるが、生まれ育った西ノ島はほぼ知り尽くしているが、知夫、海士、隠岐ノ島町は意外と馴染みが薄く、知夫などは小学校の遠足以来という状況であった。

企画段階では、「関西隠岐人会の会長としては参加しない訳には・・・」的な、しぶしぶ感覚であったが、意外や意外、自分が一番楽しんでいたのではと思う位に充実したものであった。　参加者は総勢１７名。本当は２５名を予定していたが宣伝が行き届かず、７０％に留まったが、こんなだともう少し無理を言ってでも連れて行けば良かったと思ったくらい。

隠岐は、知夫、海士、西ノ島、隠岐ノ島町と４島すべてを周り、３町１村の３役さんともお会いし意見交換をすると言う非常に欲張った企画であったが、意外と見どころも多く、食事も盛りだくさんで美味しく、何かと発見の多い旅になった。

Oki tour with Kinki Shimane Kenjin Association.

I participated in the Oki tour planned by the Kinki Shimane Kenjin Association for three days this week, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. It was only a small trip of two nights and three days, but the contents and the places to see were extremely rich, and it was a pleasant and enjoyable three days. I was born and raised in Oki, and although I was familiar with Nishinoshima, where I was born and raised, I was surprisingly unfamiliar with Tomoo, Ama, and Okinoshima, and Tomoo and others had only been around since their elementary school excursions.

At the planning stage, I reluctantly felt that “as the president of the Kansai Oki Association, I can’t afford not to participate…”, but unexpectedly and unexpectedly, it was so fulfilling that I think I enjoyed it the most.　The total number of participants was 17. We had planned to have 25 people, but we couldn’t advertise it well enough, so it was only 70%.

Oki was a very greedy plan to go around all four islands, Tomoo, Ama, Nishi-no-jima, Oki-no-jima town, and to meet and exchange opinions with three officials of three towns and one village.

天風会行事が目白押し。

最近このブログでもよく案内しているように、夏場は天風会行事が目白押しで、休日の大半は天風会漬けの様相を呈しているが、
多武峰の修練会で一様盛夏の行修は終わり。

ただ、天風道に終わりとか卒業と云うものはなく、本当は寝ても覚めても行修であり、
生活そのものが天風道に成らなければならないと思っている。

天風会でいう積極心とは、
「虚心平気」の状態を云い、
「晴れて良し曇りても良し富士の山」
の心境で日々生活できるよう、日常生活に天風教義を上手く組み込ませ生活しなければならない。そうすると、
何時の間にか幸福な人生が自然と送れるようになる。

　その為の基本的な事項を教えるのが、天風会の講習会である。その講習会を9月11日（土）、9月18日（土）、
10月2日（土）と３日間、香里賛助会の主催で実施することにした。その案内パンフを、以下に添付しますので、

There are many events at Tenpukai.

As I’ve been informing you in this blog recently, there are many events in the summer, and most of the holidays are filled with Tianpukai events.
The Dabuhong training session was the end of the Midsummer Geshu.

However, there is no such thing as the end of the Heavenly Wind Path or graduation.
I believe that life itself must become a Heavenly Wind Path.

In Tenpukai, the term “positive spirit” means
It’s a state of mindlessness and equanimity.
Fuji, sunny or cloudy.
In order to be able to live with the mindset of “I’m the one who’s going to do this,” we should incorporate the Heavenly Wind Doctrine into our daily lives. And if you do.
Before you know it, a happy life will come naturally to you.

The Tenpukai seminars teach the basic matters for this purpose. We will hold these seminars on Saturday, September 11 and Saturday, September 18.
It was decided to hold the event on Saturday, October 2 and for three days under the auspices of the Kori Support Society. The pamphlet is attached below.

お盆は、故郷の隠岐ノ島に帰るのが恒例になっていたが、一昨年お墓をこちらに移した事もあって、2年続けて帰郷せず、昨年は東京本部（天風会）の修練会（５日間）、今年は大阪賛助会主催の多武峰修練会（3泊4日）に参加して来た。小生、天風会に入会して18年になるが、実は地元香里でのみ行修しており、他地区の修練会に参加する事は無かった。ところが、香里のみも如何なものか・・と云うことから、昨年から積極的に武者修行に出ることにした。

同じ天風先生の教えを行じる訳であるが、「所変われば品変わる」で、夫々の地区により雰囲気は可也違い、それなりに勉強になる。特に今年の多武峰修練会は、多武峰観光ホテルを借り切っての3泊4日の行修であり、通い方式とは随分雰囲気が違い、厳しくはあるがゆったりとした気持ちで行修する事ができた。

特に朝は気分がよく、歳の所為もあろうが5時半くらいには自然と目が覚める。そこで、朝の散歩と洒落込むが、これが何とも爽快である。ホテルの向かいに在る談山神社にお参りし、そのまま裏山に登る。標高600メートル程の山で、ホテルから頂上まで約20分、途中、中大兄皇子と藤原鎌足が蘇我入鹿を討つために密談したと云われる「談所の森」があり、そこから５００ｍ程が山頂（御破裂山）である。この山頂からの眺めが最高、大化の改新が目前に広がるとまでは云わないが、遠くに二子山・耳成山、左手に明日香、中央に藤原宮跡、手前に天香具山、右手に当麻が一望され、その眺めにひかれて3日間とも朝の6時過ぎには山頂に立っていた。

 

It had become a custom to go back to Oki-no-jima, my hometown, for Obon, but I didn’t go back for two years in a row, because I moved my grave here the year before last. It has been 18 years since I joined the Tenpukai, but in fact, I only go to the training sessions in my hometown of Kori, and I have never participated in training sessions in other areas. However, I wondered how Kari would be able to do the same, so last year I decided to go out for a warrior training.

The same teacher, Mr. Tenpou, teaches the same thing, but the atmosphere is somewhat different from place to place, and it is a good learning experience in its own way. This year’s Tamuho Shurenkai was 4 days and 3 nights at the Tamuho Tourist Hotel.

I feel especially good in the mornings, and I naturally wake up at around 5:30am, probably because of my age. So, I took a morning walk and made a pun, and it was very refreshing. We paid a visit to the Danzan shrine across the street from the hotel and climbed up the mountain. It is a mountain of about 600 meters in elevation, and there is “Danjo no Mori” where it is said that the Prince of the Great Middle Ages and Fujiwara Kamatoku had a secret conversation to kill Soga Irika on the way to the top in about 20 minutes from the hotel. The view from this summit is the best. I won’t say that the Daika reformation is right in front of us, but we could see Mt. Futago and Mt. Misonari in the distance, Asuka on the left, the ruins of Fujiwara Shrine in the center, Mt. Tenkogu in the foreground, and Toma on the right.
