したレポートです。
「意志の力の発言と精神統一」について

一般にあの人は「意志が強い」とか「意志が弱い」とか

云うが、それは意志と云うものを精神作用の一つと考え、

心から生ずるものと解釈しているが為である。ところが

、本来の意志と云うものは、心と身体を要具として使う真我

の属性であり、真我表示の方便を行う為の固有性能なのであ

る。

自己を悩ます本能心は統御しなければならない。そこで一般

には、この本能心を理性心で一生懸命に努力し統御しようと

する。ところが、それが中々上手く行かず、思い悩むのが普

通である。だが、本能心を理性心で統御するには無理があり、

余りに理性心で戦うと、仕舞いには精神的に衰弱してしまう

と云う事にさえなりかねない。それは、前記の如く、意志を

心の作用と考え、本能心を理性心で押さえ込もうとするから

の結果であり、自分よりも力強い者を力でねじ伏せようとす

るに等しく、無理からぬ事を行うから支障が生じるのである。

本能心の自己統御がキチッと出来ないと、「人の為世のため」

は勿論、幸せ感なども程遠い、怒り、嫉妬、煩悶などと云う

泥沼の世界に生きる事になる。その為、自己統御は生きるの

に成さねばならぬ絶対不可欠のものであり、この統御は自我

の属性である意志の力による以外に無い。しかし、この意志

が上手く煥発しない。何故なのか、それは意志の理解に欠け

ていたり、使い方に間違いがあったりして、発言習性が完全

に出来ていない為に、上手く意思の力が作用しない為である。

真我の属性である意志の力を発言するには、常に精神状態を

積極的に持ち、そして統一して使用することが不可欠である。

意志の力の発言と精神統一は絶対不可分の関係にあり、精神

が不統一で、雑念妄念で覆われているような状態では上手

く発言しない。即ち意志集中が上手く出来ない状態だと、

完全には発言しないことになる。そこで、意志の完全発現に

は精神統一を習性化する必要がある。その習性化の一方法と

して、自分の中で発生する肉体感覚は勿論、心から発生する

あらゆる物を客観視するように努め、それを習慣化するよう

にすることである。そして、この意識観念を確立するには、

一日のあらゆる機会をとらえ、心を静める鎭心行 （無我一念

法、安定打坐など）を行うことである。

所謂、都度自分を客観視し、あらゆる機会をとらえ心を鎮め

、常に精神状態を積極的に持ち、精神を統一させて意志の完

全なる発現をそくし、自己統御を確実に行うよう努めなけれ

ばならない。

今年は龍馬が大人気。

元々龍馬大好き人間。フワンクラブにまでは関係していないが、
会社の私の部屋には随分前から小生が師と仰ぐ天風先生と龍馬の写真が肩を並べている。
出勤すると先ず一番に、お二人に、「おはようございます」と挨拶するのが日課。

その龍馬が今年はＮＨＫの大河ドラマを機に大人気。本屋の店先には、
横積みで龍馬関連の本が勢揃い。最近、本は図書館で借りるものと決めていたが、龍馬の写真につい釣られ、何時の間にかレジに並んでいた。

それを機にと云う訳ではないが、スナックでは「龍馬のように」を熱唱。仕事でも、今年は”
龍馬をやろう”と思い立ち、今週も火・水・
木と３日間東京に出張。その調整と関係者との打ち合わせに奔走していた。

「事を成すには先ず自らを捨てること」。そんな思いではあるが中々まとめごとと云うのは難しい。
いかに自分を殺すかにかかっているのかな・・・。

そんな思いによるプレッシャーなのか、一昨日は胃潰瘍か？、と思い気兆候。これしきの事でと思うが・・・・。

もう少し、天風道、「心身統一法」を確りと遣らなければと、反省しきりの週末になった。

This year, Ryoma is very popular.

最近映画にはまっている。週末の土曜は暇さえあれば女房と夫婦割りでの映画鑑賞。昨年は２５本観た。 今年もはや３本、 「おとうと」、「オーシャンズ」、そして一昨日が「インビクタス・ 負けざる者たち」。中でもこのインビクタスは良かった。ジョン・ カーリ原作のノンフィクション小説をクリント・ イーストウッド監督が映画化したドラマである。 どんな映画でもそれなりに感動はあるが、この映画は、 ２７年の長きにわたって監獄生活を送った元南ア大統領のネルソン・ マンデラとラグビー代表チームのキャプテンとのお互いの思いを題材とした物語であるが、実に良かった。 アパルトヘイトと云う非常に難しい問題をテーマにしているが、ストーリーが非常に巧みで、 重い問題をスポーツを絡めて爽やかに描いた、非常に後味の良い爽快な映画で、 日本の差別問題をテーマとした映画とは大きく異なっていた。 　昨年観たイーストウッドの「グラントリノ」 も良かったし、今まではそうでも無かったが、クリント・ イーストウッドに魅入られそうな感じ。 　明日から３日間東京、昨日も隠岐人会で盛り上がったし、 何となく疲れ気味であるが今日は友人の馬主さんの馬が優勝した為、個人的な祝勝会。 　仕事は超閑なのに何故だか私的なことで超多忙。全くもって・・・・。   Lately I’ve been addicted to movies. 先週末、、西ノ島町（日本海に浮かぶ孤島、http://www.town.nishinoshima.shimane.jp/）
を郷里とする近畿在住者の会、近畿国賀会
（隠岐島の景勝地、国賀海岸に因んでつけた名称）の役員会が開催された。

近畿国賀会は創立４５年、
年に一回、懇親目的の総会を開いており、今年の総会は５月２３日（日）四ツ橋の徐園（中国料理）
での開催を予定している。その準備で、会の世話役を務める幹事１５名が集まり、隠岐弁丸出しで２時間ほど会議。後は何時もの通り、
居酒屋で気勢を上げ、北の新地へと繰り出す。会議が目的か飲み会が目的かよく判らないほどに後者の方が盛り上がる賑やかな集いである。

特に今回は「隠岐の恋歌」
で大はしゃぎ。実は昨年、郷里西ノ島町を詠った演歌がレコーディングされた。作詞　たかたかし、作曲　弦哲也、
編曲　南郷達也、と云う超豪華トリオにより作られた歌で、歌うは演歌歌手の　「かつき奈々」　さんである。

スナックのママさんも心得たもの。私らが店に入るやいなや、カラオケから「隠岐の恋歌」が流れ始めた。トップバッター、
誰も指名しないのに勝手にマイクをとったのが○○君。かなり練習はしたようで、自信たっぷりに声を張り上げるが、どことなくチョット。
そこで、国賀会きっての演歌歌手、御歳・・才の美女がご登場。はやくも完全に自分の歌にしており、何んとも艶ぽく、聞きほれるばかり。
隠岐の情緒を見事に歌い上げてくれた。

実は、今年の国賀会総会５月２３日には、この演歌歌手、かつき奈々さん　に来てもらい、「隠岐の恋歌」で宴を盛り上げて貰おう・・・
と今ひそかに企画している。

後は何時もの通りで、皆が自分勝手にマイクを持ち、好き勝手に歌っている。
自分の歌が終われば大声で喋りまくり殆ど人の歌など聞いていない。だが、歌が終われば聞いてもいないのに拍手はする。
歌ったご本人はご満悦である。誠に気のおけない気ままな集まりで、日頃の憂さをはらすには絶好の場となっている。

で、今度の日曜は、国賀会を含め隠岐島全部の郷土会の役員が集まっての懇親会。実は、この大阪に隠岐島出身者の会が９つあり、
その９つの郷土会が集まって隠岐人会と云う会を組織しており、何の因果か、
私は昨春からこの隠岐人会の会長を命ぜられている。しかも、
来る４月１８日には隠岐人の総会(２年に１度）を控えており、この準備も進めなければならない。
その前に、各郷土会の役員さんに集まって貰い、意見交換をしながら親睦を深め、総会に備えようとの企画である。そこで、
今ひそかに考えているのが、この隠岐人会総会にも、かつき奈々　さんに来てもらい「隠岐の恋歌」をご披露頂こう、とのことである。そして、
隠岐の恋歌　を全国区にし、
今年のNHK紅白歌合戦出場を確実なものにしようとの思いである。　トホホ・・・これでは気は休まっても身体の休まる暇が無い。

明日は定期健診日。アー・・・数字が恐い。

そこで何時もの奥の手、このブログの一部を転載しお茶を濁すことにした。その上今週は、
その記事をこのブログに貼り付け一丁上がりと決め込むことに。何んとももはや・・・伊達に歳をとった訳ではなさそう・・・。

「新春放談」

新年明けましておめでとう御座います。会員の皆様には清清しい新年を迎えられたこととお喜び申し上げます。

私は、
自社のホームページ（http://www.ks110.com/hm/）
上で「調査会社の社長ブログ」と題し、５年程前から、
その日その時にあった事、疑問に思っている事をブログに書いている。そこで、また手抜きとお叱りを受けるのを承知の上で、
その一部を引用させてもらう事にする。

「昨年末、御用納めの日のブログ」から

毎年の事ながら過ぎ去った１年は実に早い。
苦しい時の１分はとても長いが楽しい時の時間はアッと云う間。 時間の長さは世界共通であるが、感じる長さは人により皆違う。また、
同じ人でも気分や状況によってその都度違う。そんな事を考えていると何が正しいのか、何が違うのか、よく判らなくなってくる。 曰く、
「百万人の人が居れば百万の正義がある」 と云うのもうなずける。

　そこでひとくさり、今年強く感じた事を書くことにする。
以前はよくこのブログで人権問題の愚痴を独善的に並べ立てていたが、 暖簾に腕押しで、書けば書くほど空しくなってくる事を悟り、
敢えて避けて来た。だが、今年ももう終わり、この事実にだけは触れない訳には行かない。

　今年、死体遺棄事件で逮捕された市橋達也容疑者と云えば、
誰でもその事件背景と逃亡振りは脳裏に浮かぶと思う。この市橋達也、 仕事を転々とし最後は住み込みで土建会社に勤務していたと云う。
逃亡期間中、偽名を使い、容姿も変え、履歴は全て詐称し、就職する先々で嘘八百を並べたてて勤めていたものと思われる。
そして最後に勤めていた土建会社は、元受会社より大目玉。 「従業員の身元も確認せず誰でも採用しているような会社とは今後取引をしない」
とのお達しで、取引停止になったとか・・・。

　ここで少し考えてみよう。厚生労働省は、「採用調査は差別に繋がるおそれがあるから、
しないように」との行政指導を一貫して行っている。所謂、試験と面接で採否を決めなさい、履歴確認、前職での勤怠確認、
住所氏名の確認など人に関する調査はしてはいけない、とのお達しである。で、そのお達し通りに従業員を採用していると、
取引先から大目玉と云う事になった。

　企業は取引先の信用を失えば終わりである。
信用を築くには相応の年月と努力とを要するが、失墜するのは一瞬である。 「企業は人なり」、
とは言い古された言葉であるが今の情報社会でも何ら変わることはない。やはり「企業は人なり」である。
その企業の礎である人の採用に関し、調べる事は望ましくないとはどう云うことか。

　厚生労働省や人権団体は、人に関する調査を一くくりにして
「身元調査」と云い、
身元調査は差別につながるおそれ云々として指導しているが、実は身元調査の定義を問うとまともに答えられない。
 また、一般にも身元と云う言葉は千差万別に使われており、
その人、その状況によって使われ方が違う。そんなアバウトな言葉であるにも関わらず、身元調査と云う言葉を使っている。
ある意味、今の個人情報保護に似たようなところがある。

こんなブログで昨年を占め括ったが、本年１月７日の朝日新聞夕刊（東京）に、“市橋被告雇って苦境”
「身分確認甘い」と取引停止、と題した記事が掲載されていた。「昨年１１月、市橋被告が働いていたことが報じられると、
同社にはその日から『未来永劫、取引はやめたい、ほかの作業員は大丈夫か』といった問い合わせが相次いだ。
とあり、大阪府中小建設業協会は加盟社に、
身元が明らかな作業員を雇うよう指導している。協会の岡野三郎会長は、「今は労働法制も整備され、使用者の責任も厳しく問われる」
と話す。との記事が掲載されていた。

この記事が何を意図して書かれたか私にはよく判らないが、何れにしても厚生労働省のご指導に従い、本人申告を信じ、
身元確認もせずに面接重視で採否を決定したら、「未来永劫、取引はしない」
と云う事が現実に起ったのである。たまさか運が悪かったでは済まされない。経営者は、
企業の発展に努め従業員の雇用の安定を図る責務を負わされている。ところが厚労省は、そんな事はお構いなし。
採用調査の中味など全く把握もしないで、人権団体の言われるがまま、「身元調査（採用調査）は差別につながる・・・」と、
金科玉条の如くのたまり指導している。

しかし、
我ら業界団体は行政に物申す事無く、ただただ忍の一字で耐えてきた。結果が今の成すすべも無いほどの業界不況である。私は、
「警察官が窃盗しても、ある意味仕方がない。
しかし、泥棒が警察官に成ることがあってはならない」と云うのが信条で、
２３歳の時から４０年人事調査一筋にこの業に携わって来た。そして、業界活動を通じ同和差別解消に努力してきたにも関わらず、
未だ大手を振って大道を歩かせては貰えない状況にある。

今年は今一度初心にかえって、真の業界活動のあるべき姿を考えてみたいと思う。会員の皆様のご理解ご協力の下に、
一生懸命頑張りたいと思いますので、本年も宜しくお願い申し上げます。
